Jason provided me the worst washer and dryer I’ve ever seen before. Jason knew that I only had 4 payments left after turning in my previous brand new washer and dryer set then relocating. I brought in the lifetime purchase slip with only 4 payments left, I was supposedly getting another washer and dryer after bringing in the lifetime purchase slip not new but something that can fit the previous set. Jason said he retrieved the washer and dryer from out of town which was not a set. The washer had a very bad odor with stretches everywhere like it had been spray painted. The dryer had turned yellow in color where it was supposed to be white and it did not match the washer. After telling Jason that I wasn’t satisfied with the set he picked, he told me the only way I can make it better was to get a new contract with having only 4 payments left. Instead he wanted me to start over with a new contract which is crazy doing a long time customer that way. I came in prior to all of this with the lifetime slip and he allowed me to pick a set off the floor only to call me and say it was another customers, so I couldn’t get that set. He then told me to give him some time to find me another washer and dryer and he didn’t say once that I can come back In store and pick a different set. He never offered me that chance. I knew afterwards Jason telling me to give him a few weeks that the washer and dryer he was going to pick for me were going to be the worst ever and it was TRUE. Jason seems to me that he has certain favorite customers that he show more interest to. I came in trying to speak with Jennie she didn’t even care to help the matter. She seems to just want to sit in the glass office and not go above and beyond for loyal customers. Jennie didn’t want to help with the issue at all she redirected me to Damien which he was in the back office and didn’t even step out, instead he only got up and stayed in the back. The customer service is awful and it’s like they are not there for the customers. Jason and Jennie is the front line of the store and I will never purchase anything else from Aaron’s. I asked Jason would he take the washer and dryer thats not even a set that he was trying to give me to his mom’s house????? It’s like that was the worst day ever Jason trying to give me junk and that washer and dryer should be took off of the floor altogether…Jason waisted my time and his time allowing someone to bring that raggedy washer and dryer from the Ocala store or wherever he stated it came from. People come to Aaron’s looking for someone to help them and not someone who just wants someone to get into a new long term contracts when it could have been avoided. Damien could have came together with Jason and Jennie to fix my issue but I left empty handed after renting a truck and trailer due to Jason telling me the washer and dryer that I suppose to get couldn’t get delivered until 3 weeks out. The lifetime reinstatement certificate is not even worth getting because Jason will give you junk for the few payments left. Read moreWas very excited to get a new washer and dryer and a table to fit my whole family. I receive the items not on schedule day. I lost my job in March and try to catch up my account. I paid 800 in February to catch it up and get it out of collections. The store manager would have the store call me 4-5 times day during my work hours. I can’t answer my phone at work. Then my dryer stop working told I was gonna get a loan until mine got fixed. Never fixed my dryer and I had to call about it. They took it in August of last year and didn’t get a replacement until February. The replace was supposed to be new that what I was paying for and I got one that was used and has scratches on it. They have sent people to my house asking for payments. My mom made a payment when they came but never got applied to my lease agreement. I had to call corporate to get it put on my account because I was informed by the store it was store credit. Two weeks ago I had some one knock on my door at 845pm and my children were asleep. I have 3 kids and a dog. The dog barking woke up my baby. Mind you the store closes at 7pm. They stop calling or leaving messages but tonight the show up asking for a payment and wonder why I was pissed. Once again they woke my baby up again. They showed up at 830 pm. I understand the law protects them for coming by but at least give a courtesy call before coming out after store hours. This will be my four time calling the corporate office about this store. This location is the worse I ever experienced. I never had problems down south. I told the representative I am to the point I want to throw the furniture out the door and say get it. This location is HORRIBLE and I just to tell people that Aarons is a great place to get furniture. I will never tell someone to go here.

Read moreI have just had the worst experience of my life with this Arrons store in Tallahassee FL. To start before I even made my purchase with the company. I asked if I would be able to pick it up from the store because it was a present for my father. They said yes that will not be an issue. I make my online purchase and they say it will be shipped to the store and be there before my fathers birthday. Would be the next day So I wait for it to be shipped and when it gets here all of a sudden I can not pick it after they already have my money and have made me wait for it to be shipped. I said fine no biggie and move on. But then when I am setting up my DUE for my first payment after I have received the mower. I ask if I will be able to use my coupon I received for paying off a washer and dryer I purchased from them. Which by the way stopped working. I was told that would not be a problem. We just need the physical coupon from the store. The store sends us the coupon and fast forward to today we attempt to use said coupon and now we are being told that we already got a discount from the online purchase. These people either will tell you what ever they have to in order to make a sale or the staff is under informed about company and store policy and giving customer inaccurate information. In either case I would never ever ever recommend anyone going to this store to make a purchase. They don't even respond when customer make complaints. If you are reading this in the future I am sure there are no responses. Aarons does not care about...
