My mother and I visited this store on Saturday; we were looking for a gift for my aunt. Tori(sp?) was extremely helpful; my mother did not know what she wanted to get my aunt and Tori(sp?) continued to suggest things. Even when we thought she had moved on to do something else; she would return with a new gift idea. I felt extremely welcome in the store. I do have to say that I didn't get the same feeling from the young lady running the cash register. While she was civil; she was not charming. While waiting for our gift to be wrapped; I watched the young lady at the register interact with a different customer. I don't really know what the difference was between myself and the young lady that came behind me, but the young lady at the register actually asked if she had come there before. Since the customer had not been there before she asked her for her name, so she could receive benefits. I thought to myself, so why wasn't I offered the same thing? I spent more money than the young lady that came behind me. Outside of that; my experience at this store was stellar. The reason I gave the five stars is because of the amazing service Tori(sp?) gave my mother. but I would like to say that all customers should be treated the same and if you are not going to treat them the same; don't be so...
