I received a bad experience when I went to pick up my order. I purchased the the mattress, box spring and bed frame the previous day. I informed the salesman at that time , that I would not be able to load the items purchased, because I had spine surgery a month and half earlier and wouldn't be able to lift and load. He said no problem someone would be able to assist me when I picked up the items. The next afternoon I came by with the truck to get the items. The salesman I used wasn't there, but the salesman that was sitting beside him the day earlier when I made the purchase was there. I gave him the receipt and he asked me to meet around the back of the store. I did, and when I get back there he asked me to help him load the items. I explained to him why I would not be able to assist him and he got really angry and said I should have brought some help with me then. I told him, that I explained that to the other salesman the day of purchase and he was sitting right beside him that day. I asked for the manager and he said that he wasn't there and wouldn't be back that day. He then said hold on and went back inside and started bring out the items and loading them. Once completed, I asked if he could tie them down because I didn't want anything flying out the bed of the truck. He said no he couldn't do it and that I would have to do it my self. He then went back inside , brought out some string and put it in the back of the truck, said here sign this and walked back inside and closed the door. I have purchased several items in the past from this location and this was my last time ever purchasing anything from this franchise. I have been shopping for a mattress for quite a while and called this store and spoke with Gavin. Just from that one phone call Gavin was informative, not pushy or impatient as some are when speaking over the phone. I did go to the store later that day and he was just the same in person. He asked me quite a few questions on my sleep habits and pointed out several mattresses that he thought might suit my personal needs. Anyone who knows me understands how hard a time I have coming to a decision, but Gavin helped narrow my choices down to just two mattresses, and then the final one. He also helped me see how a base would be far more beneficial than a box spring, and all i can say is I was skeptical as a side sleeper, because raising the head and feet sound awkward , but in Gavin’s words - have you tried it? Yes, I did, and I am looking forward to my delivery of my mattress and fantastic base! I highly recommend this store and especially Gavin! He listens to your needs, makes recommendations and you really do feel he is not just trying to make a sale, but is truly interested in finding the perfect fit for you. Jessica was our salesperson and she was super helpful at helping us pick out the right mattress. It had been 11 years since our last purchase so we needed to get "caught up" on what technology and features there were with mattresses today. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and considered our price point when recommending mattresses. She even pointed out some overstock ones that saved us an additional $50 over the $200 that we were already saving. Gavin stepped in towards the end of purchase so that Jessica could assist other customers. He was excellent as well. He helped strap the mattress to the top of our car; saving us an additional $80 in delivery fees; and we didn't have to wait an additional two days to sleep on our new mattress.
