I normally never leave a review unless itâs positive. I was so offended by the owner and his terrible attitude and even worse approach to customer service and lack of basic human kindness, I wanted to give everyone a heads up. The guy is a jerk. He came out to my vehicle, wouldnât bother looking at most of what I brought, I drove really far to get there and he offered the lowest possible amount on the 2 things he took a total of 60 seconds to look at and take. I could have declined but truth is I absolutely expected the store to take at least a few things since I brought items that are in great condition and desirable, I needed the money just to get back home. Literally 20 seconds after I left I called and asked if he would sell me back the one item and it wasnât âsellers remorseâ, I had a very valid reason and it wasnât because I was offered more money but he wanted $10 more than he paid and I truly didnât have it. I had what he gave me and offered him basically all of that but he said the 2 minutes he spent outside with me was worth $10, itâs worth repeating that he spent less than 1minute looking and less than 1 minute to see if a weed trimmer I brought worked which he said was dry rotted but it was used once basically brand new.    Read moreI came here to look for a couch. I went to the back of the store and found a nice Brown Double Recliner for sale $225. I asked Marc about it and, he stated he would mark down the price mind you, I did not request that he do that he just offered. I said great, I will have the money in a day. The next day I got the money I called in to see if the DOUBLE BROWN RECLINER was available. Marc said yes and, that he will save it for me until tomorrow morning to pay for it and pick it up. I said great, thank you, and hung up the phone. THE NEXT MORNING AS SOON AS THEY OPENED I went into the store to purchase the couch and, it was sold to someone else. I was EXTREMELY upset because I was told that it would be held for me and, it wasn't. I made arrangements to have the couch that I already had sold because, MARC told me he would hold it until the next morning. EXTREMELY unprofessional if you cannot hold items for people then you guys need to be more CLEAR about that. Now I am out of a couch because I was told one thing and obviously that's not what was done this cost me to be completely out of a couch because someone was not being honest and clear!    Read moreVery disappointed as I have shopped here in the past. Contacted the store two weeks ago inquiring about an antique piano Id like to unload. The person I spoke with was very interested and I was to receive a call back the next day or Saturday for sure, so I was told. Never received a call back as promised. Waited until Monday, left a message for who I spoke with and was also told id get a call back some time that day. This happened three more times last week. Finally I called Saturday. The person I spoke with was not around again, asked to have him call me back today as we are mid deal. Nothing. On this last call I was asked if I am able to help them move it! I'm donating to a resale shop, If you cant pick up a free item to sell for a profit, there is a problem. Be honest with your customers from the first call. I was also told to call back. No, I have been promised more than once for a call back with no results.
