Service Personnel here are completely oblivious or uncaring. The pool store down the street has very attentive personnel.

Post hurricane Milton I needed salt. I went into the store asking for salt which was not readily visible. The single person in the store didn't acknowledge my presence until I walked all the way up to the register. He was looking at his cell phone. I asked for salt of which he then said yeah it's over there. I said I'd like to buy a couple of bags. He says I can't do that because my computer is down. I didn't have time to wait so I asked him to hold a couple of bags for me off to the side of which he refused to do. I was going to come back in an hour and purchase. All the while he had this attitude that I was not important to him. I immediately left stating that I would never come back again.

I can go to the better store down the street. I would not recommend going to this particular location for any of your pool needs. I would give it a zero...

Gabe and Mike always do a great job helping with my pool supplies and ensure my pool is right. Very helpful and knowledgeable won’t let me buy items I don’t need. They are the reason I continue to use this Store.

Edit 9/30/2025, Gabe and Mike have left the store last year and it's now terrible. I went in on Sunday (9/28) to get my pool water tested. I was met by a young man who was having a very bad day. This is twice he has been rude and I was not having it. He complained about being there alone and that is not my problem. He was rude, condescending and overall did not want to work. Absolutely awful. A truly bottom-of-the-barrel company. I had a service appointment confirmed for more than 2 weeks. I got 3 separate confirmations that we were set and made sure I was going to be home to accommodate. At 4pm the day before they left a voicemail cancelling and refused to answer the phone at this location. When I called the corporate office they reinstated the work and then the local shop called and cancelled once again. They won’t take any calls.
