We went here to taste the Pizza after seeing high ratings. The Pizza was excellent and yummy. There are options for topping but not a traditional way of pizza with preset toppings. I feel it's too expensive and a 16" is priced at$17 whereas the small 10" Pizza is priced at $14;, which is only for the Crust 😲😲... Then we need to add Toppings to that. That major toppings cost $2.99 extra for a small 10" pizza. The major toppings included the ham or other stuff. Since we are vegetarian, we added the Mushroom. Other toppings cost $1.99 each and we added the Pineapple and Black Olives. The taste is really good except for the high price. It's not worth for regular visits. There is no Parking available. Only street parking and it's sometimes available only late in the evening. There are two paid parking close by. The service was not so good unfortunately. We asked for warm water but the server even did you provide that. She just served room temperature water saying this is what they have. Overall, to concluse, food was good and tasty but parking availability is a minus and highly expensive food here.

Back Draughts Pizza Review: Jayda (Our "Pocahontas") Stole the Show! My dinner at Back Draughts Pizza was unforgettable, thanks entirely to our waiter Jayda, who dubbed herself "Pocahontas" with hilarious flair! While the wood-fired pizza here is famously delicious (the crust had that perfect char, and the Buffalo cauliflower with blue cheese crumbles is a must-order ), Jayda’s wild energy elevated the night from great to legendary. She cracked jokes, spun dramatic tales about "spirit guides" affecting the kitchen’s speed, and even did a playful rain dance when we joked about the humidity. Yes, the drinks are pricey (as other reviews note ), but Jayda’s free "comedy show" more than balanced it out. Her confidence and humor—like announcing, "Pocahontas approves this pepperoni!"—had our table in stitches. Though some find the spot expensive , the combination of stellar food (seriously, some of the best pizza in the area ) and Jayda’s chaotic charm made every penny worth it. If you go, request her section—you might leave with a new inside joke *and* a food coma.

We love going to pizza places everywhere we travel. Today was a rainy day and we decided to go to Replay Amusement Museum, super fun, they told us to go to Back Draughts for the best pizza in town, we listened. We found out the pizza dough comes premade, (they do have gluten free and cauliflower) which right away turned me off, because it never really tastes fresh, and it has eggs in it. My husband had a pepperoni pizza with added banana peppers, my son had the chicken Alfredo pizza, and I had a basket of chips with balsamic and blue cheese crumbles. My son ate 1.5 slices and didn’t take the rest home, he said it tasted like nasty jar sauce and precooked chicken that just got heated up. My husband actually asked for a side of ranch because it was so bland- he did ask for a box but ended up putting it in the trash on the way out stating that the after taste just kept getting worse. The chips were yucky. Now we are sucking on mints and spraying breath spray hoping to get rid of the taste. The Tangerine Wheat Beer was delicious and our server was super sweet.

UPDATE: Not changing my rating but putting it out there that if tonight's visit was my first, I would have given it 3 stars and never come back. The crust seemed to have changed but maybe it was just an aberration. The crust is usually excellent. Tonight it was dry, thinner, and overdone. I don't mind charred pies from certain types of ovens (coal and gas fired - not wood fired). This was just overdone and tough chewy in some places and dry brittle in others. Three stars would be generous. Not rushing back.

ORIGINAL: Excellent pizza and fries. First time back in several years. The last time, I overhead an employee conversation in which one employee made some horrible comments about a particular elected person. I decided not to spend my money at an establishment where such views were expressed. Last time, I was visiting the area and now I live about a minute away and thought I'd give it another try. After all, I didn't know if the employee in question was the owner or hired help. If hired help, maybe he's no longer there. Anyway, the service was prompt, efficient, and friendly. The venue is attractive, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is on the main drag in "downtown" Tarpon Springs, which is a great area. The food was excellent. I have visited many of the most famous, noteworthy, and highest ranked pizza establishments in the country. This place isn't one of them. But if you can't make it to one of those, this place will do very nicely. Really enjoyed the pizza here. The fries were surprisingly good as well. Back Draughts markets itself as a pizza and craft brew establishment. It has a modest selection of the more popular styles. I wouldn't go out of my way for the craft beer menu here. But if you're a fan of quality beer, you're likely to find something you like. My wife and I will probably return to Back Draughts often - perhaps weekly. If the ugliness that I witnessed before ever rears its head again, I will update this review and never...

This place is so unprofessional and unorganized to say the least. Upon arrival I was told 20 mins for the order to be ready...I stood there for 45 mins. I don't get it, why lie and tell me 20 mins when you know its not going to be 20 mins? The order was not even made yet. If the man would have been honest from the start and told me the correct time of 45 mins then I would have dropped the order and let someone else come and pick up the order! Then the girl that brought me the order when it was finally ready which was a big order... (a bunch of pizzas and salads) rudely said "I am not going to follow you outside but I will open the door for you" after I asked if she would follow me out as my vehicle was literally parked right out front about 25 feet away from the door. Great attitude you snarky little bittchh! DO NOT go here, this is my second time trying to pick up an order from here and both times the order was not even started when I arrived. I will also be going on my social media where I have 50k followers as I am well known and lived here my whole life and will put this place on blast! My family members were customers of this restaurant but not anymore after this incident. At the end of the day I am pretty sure this will not bode very...

Today was our first time attempting to eat here. We walked in and a dark haired waitress/host told us that it was first come first serve, when we saw something we could take it. That there was a table getting their check. A blonde haired waitress/server came over, asked if it was raining, when we said yes, she offered to put umbrellas up but said it may not keep the whole table dry. We said thank you but that we would wait, and it could be about a 20 min wait, that we were welcome to wait inside for someone to finish up... Ok great, within maybe 5 min the table got their check, signed it, as they were getting up they joked, "it's yours, get it before someone else". (We were the only ones in there waiting). We laughed, wished them a good evening, and went to the table. My husband moved their glasses and such so we could sit.. Then the dark haired waitress/host comes over and tells us that she is saving 2 tables.. So wait, what happend to first come, first serve?! We just said ok and left. Really bad first impression. Wouldn't come back. Either you take names and seat people in order/reservation etc or it's first come...
