This is my go to store for ink and office supplies. The store is laid out in such a way that I easily find whatever I need. The staff is frIendly and helpful, from the moment I walk in, to aimlessly wandering about, to finally checking out.

If I want to save time, and I know what I want, I order it online - usually with a coupon I’ve received vIa email. This is the store I use to pick up online orders, especially since they have a designated parking spot for picking up orders.

This is the best place to recycle husband’s used ink cartridges and my own. We receive $2 for each one, up to ten per quarter. Or is it more? Can’t recall. We usually have no more than 5 each quarter. We use those credits to get new ink cartridges or something else.

Staples is excellent at matching prices on ink, and other items, locally and even online retailers. That’s how to get the best prices anywhere in your local store! You don’t need to go out of your way to get what you need for the lowest prices.

I’ve also used the self serve printing area, when I didn’t want to print at home. When I was confused or needed assistance, staff was there to help me. Prices were reasonable, for black & white or color. It’s faster and easier to print here than at home.

My friend came out of Staples crying. She needed a little help printing something and the female employee in the printing area got a hold of the Staples manager on the phone saying she was "giving her hell and causing a scene". I have known my friend for 15 years and she Never caused a scene. I'm sure that was the employee's way of dismissing her because my friend said she is dyslexic and computer illiterate and needed help! When she told the manager that she was dyslexic and computer illiterate, the manager literally said, "That is not my problem! " As a person who earned a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree to help people with disabilities, I say to you Miss Manager and Print lady, HOW DARE YOU TREAT A PERSON WITH A DISABILITY IN SUCH A MANNER!!! I am beyond livid as I believe your dismissive manner is common for you both and I believe Staples has some major training to do. You charged her 15 dollars for an agreed 15 minutes of help and gave her five stating her time was over because they were moving to another machine! Your behavior is cruel and demeaning! I will be contacting corporate office to report this after I find out both of your names! I will challenge you to treat people who struggle due to a disability with decency and respect. Help them!
