I've visited this location a few times and left with disappointment. On the evening of Tuesday, April 26, 2016, I gave this location one last shot. And to no surprise, we left frustrated and disappointed. It seems as though the workers do not care to do their job to the best of their abilities and have no regard for the customer's wants or needs.
I approached the counter. A young lady met me on the other side of the counter and spoke to me. However, there was music blaring from the speakers mounted over head on the wall to my right. I told her I couldn't hear her for the music. She just repeated herself without speaking up. I went through the entire sandwich making process having to ask "Huh?" Or "What?" every time she said something. My friend was behind me and couldn't hear her either. Again, the music was much too loud. A second young lady came from the back and helped me friend with her sandwich. Again, my friend repeatedly had to say "what?" or "I can't hear you." Sadly, at the end of making my friends sandwich., my friend asked for a very light amount of mustard. The sandwich-maker proceeded to put a heavy amount of mustard. My friend said stop just as soon as the employee started with the heavy mustard. But guess what??? The sandwich maker couldn't hear my friend due to the loud music. There ended up being so much mustard on the sandwich that when the employee tried to close and wrap the sandwich, mustard was oozing everywhere. It was a mess. The employee just scooped the mustard up with a knife and lathered it on the sandwich. It looked disgusting. My friend asked her several times to stop while she was scooping it with a knife, but she didn't respond. My suggestion --- keep the music turned down to a low level and have employees on hand who care about their job and the customer's business. I won't be back again. This was...

My love for Subway started in 2007 and since then I can easily say I’ve eaten it thousands of times. For over a year I did the subway diet and it helped me lose over 100 pounds. So I know what I’m talking about when it comes to subways and a lot of the locations lately give subpar food especially when it comes to the wraps!! This location is by far the absolute best, and the only time I’ve ever seen the actual food look better than the commercial. I even gave the same location a review a month or two ago on Uber Eats for the same reason. Not knowing it was the same location I walked in on my way to Home Depot, and from how clean it was and how I was greeted, something told me it was the one from Uber eats, and sure enough it was
This location is by far the best in this area and even that is an...

I paid for my order on the website and it said my order was ready. Power outage when I got there. I already paid for my order and it was allegedly ready, according to my email. Employee's inside but refused to answer the door, to just hand me my already paid for order. Would have taken a second. No call back, nothing. I'm just out almost 30.00? This is by far the worst Subway I've ever experienced. I've constantly and consistently had problems with this store but sadly, they are five minutes from my house. I've notified corporate many times to get only an obligatory, I'm sorry you were not satisfied, it is of our utmost importance... blah blah blah. That store needs a rehaul, with mindful employee's to suit the reputation Subway wants to portray to customers. Perhaps pay your employees suitable wages so they might give a damn about their job. You should be...
