I’d like to preface this by saying I adore my doctor and my nurse. Unfortunately he has been out the last two weeks. Last week I was supposed to get my cast off and was told to go to Alpena. Called and was told they never said that. Whatever. Brush it off, apologize to the doctor reschedule. 1 more week wouldn’t hurt. Now it 11/16 Tuesday of the new week and I was supposed to get my cast removed. Went in there at 8:52 for a 8:45 appointment that i originally wasn’t even supposed to be there until 9. Denied as soon as I walk in the door, and told I should’ve been there at 8:30. I was appalled. I’m 15 years old and broke my arm in a sport. I have other sports starting i need this cast off for that, but not to mention this cast is going soft. My arm has not been X-rayed. If my arm is not healed and continues to be in the non-stable environment it has been I can’t imagine the damage to my bone. 7 minutes late after they made a mistake and sent me to the wrong place and I’m at fault for why my cast isn’t off....

Not impressed… have a 72 yr old mother that was going there for her hip any time you call the surgical nurse for info always goes to voicemail… by the time she calls its 4 or 430 never fails and mother still hasn’t had the surgery nothing but the run a round … frustrated. i no that you responded with your questionnaire and having me fill that out but for the most part i was told that she was set up for 12/8 at best and then there are no guarantees that he surgery will be available… now if i can get in trouble for elder abuse or neglect of my mother … then what do u call it when u neglect her …. Unfortunately anyone ready this should no if your not jumping thru hoops for this place should no that u get better treatment elese were … this people do not care about the patients that they are...

The Bone and Joint Center was a completely inadequate medical facility. My daughter had to have her cast reapplied twice due to their error. I was kind because people make mistakes, but when we had an MRI and never heard about any results, I called. It was a Friday and was exactly one week after the MRI. The receptionist told me Molly would call me Monday. No call. I called Tuesday and left a message with the office manager, never received a call back. I called again on Wednesday and the receptionist put me to the desk of Molly’s nurse. I left a message but never received a call.
