Will not return. Whoever answers the phones there shouldn’t answer the phones if they have a problem doing their job. Scheduled a new patient appointment, received a letter from them that the provider I was scheduled with was leaving the practice. I called to see if I should schedule with another provider since I haven’t seen this one yet and was told no. Where is the quality of care? Why would you schedule my first appointment with a provider that was leaving so then at my next visit I have to tell the next person everything all over again. Use common sense. I had test results told to me over the phone, who I think was the medical assistant but to be honest not sure because they had no medical knowledge of anything going on whatsoever ever. Why are you calling to give results if you don’t know the answers to the follow up questions? Sounds like maybe it wasn’t a clinical person relaying the results after-all. I had an order for labs from another prescribing doctor, not at this office. Why the lab results went to this practice and why has it been such a headache for someone to give them to me? I asked why the results weren’t being posted to my portal and the receptionist was so RUDE -she said we’re not using the portal, we’ve been switching to a new system the past year. All rude like, and like I’m suppose to know this?! Haha I’m literally a new patient and have been there maybe 3 times. If you have been transitioning the past year, why have I been able to use the old portal and never told it was changing. Hopefully the people working here learn some care and empathy for patients. I am disappointed in this facility. I have a sixteen year old with some mental health issues going on. Was told to go to the ER. Ok no thank you. I wanted an appointment with her doctor.
