They need to work on their buy online pick up in store. Every time I pick something up the system is not working, employees are not properly trained, or there is a long line at the register. If I have already paid for my item why do I have to wait for a broken system? Why do I have to wait behind a dozen other people at the register because the store is understaffed? If I wanted to wait in line for my items to be rung up I would have shopped in the store. Home Depot and other stores have sped up this process significantly. From the customer's point of view a system that doesn't work properly should not be the customer's problem. A long line to pay for something that is already paid for is a waste of time. It would be nice if I could go to the store and pick up my single box in less than 20 minutes which is how long I had to wait...

I’m new here and I went here with my cousin sister because she recommended this place. I was looking for some comfortable shoes for work, anyways I saw this cute jacket and I called for assistance because it was locked up. This MAN came over didn’t say hi or anything looked absolutely MEAN I mean didn’t even smile or looked friendly at all, unhooked the jacket and swung it around and almost hit me in my face, and stood there waited like he was annoyed. I was going to buy this jacket but after how he treated me I mmm nope,👎 so we just left out cart and our way out we asked for a manger and HE WAS the MANGER!!!! What! He was a queen for sure well that’s what my sister said to the cashier like that’s no way to act if you’re a manager be more nicer and smile!!!! That’s all he first and last time I ever went...

I was a little disappointed when I first came in. Due to ads I'd seen online, I was expecting something more along the lines of a Scheel's or Sportsman's Warehouse. But this is almost like a Ross version of those. Granted the store was clean and organized and fairly easy to find my way around, but the selection was left much to be desired. Again, the best comparison I have is Ross, simply because it looks like the items that didn't sell at the bigger name stores, hence the marked down prices. If you are looking for great name brand stuff, you might find some of it here, but I wouldn't expect consistency. Again, the store itself was in good shape and the staff seemed very friendly. It's just that it was quite different than what I had expected...
