I am so pleased with not only the product, of course, but the customer service folks are phenomenal. All of the representatives there are amazing. I work with Deborah this last time, and Connie is the reason why I came back. Their attention to detail is divine and I love that my gift can be completely custom. I took my fiance's bracelet in to have a piece fixed and not only did they loose it, they wouldn't replace it, and then offered me the current store value (it's discontinued so it was close to nothing but obviously sentimental to us).
