UPDATE #2: 1/22/2025
53 days after moving out and over 5+ emails and reminders to get my security deposit back we have nothing. Just saw another recent review stating the same issue so obviously they have an issue. We are fortunate enough to not āneedā the money but after all the time they have wasted I will be going after them for double the amount per CA law. Will update with all our emails and results. UPDATE: 6/14/2024
I had a short but productive conversation with Chris after posting my initial review. We discussed my concerns and my opinions on the situation. I will not go in to specifics but he followed up the next day and offered a new option that was satisfactory for both sides. At the end of the day I understand this is a business that needs to make money but they acknowledged my issues and made it right.

Overall I am pretty disappointed with this complex. I will say the area itself is nice with a good location and it is quiet for the most part. Maintenance was subpar when we first moved in but has improved.
The really disappointing part is now that we are coming to the end of our time here. We got a letter that we must give notice of a new year long lease or month to month. They are upping our rent to the maximum legal amount which is a 9.2% if we do not sign another year lease. My wife and I are having a child soon and are unsure if we want to stay here another year or upsize. However our only options after talking with the office is either pay $300 more a month and go month to month or sign our year lease. NOW I understand some increase for not signing for a year but the fact they are doing the maximum allowed and on top of that I am already paying MORE then what they are charging new residents to move in. For reference our new monthly charge would be over $2,600 a month for a small one bedroom. That does NOT include fees and utilities, my suggestion would be to find another complex because for the price you would be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIn 30 years i have never in my life seen a place with such terrible parking. I wish i was a good writer so I can explain in words just how lousy the parking here is. Everyday I have to rush home in hopes of maybe finding a parking spot. almost every parking spot is assigned. there are waiting lists to get an additional parking spot if you want to pay an expensive amount of money. It's impossible to find parking here....so bad that not even most amazing-looking apartment would ever be able to make up for the lack of parking spaces. The thing that that is even more frustrating is that as you're driving around for 20 minutes looking for a parking spot you see about maybe 30 or so spaces to the left and right of parking spots that have big blue diagonal lines through them to let you know that those are not parking spots, and you cannot park there because all of those almost big enough spots are just wasted space, that should have been a big enough area to fit a car- if the people who designed the parking lot knew how to use a ruler or yardstick or whatever you use to correctly measure out areas to maximize usage of a parking lot. Once we can leave the apartment when the lease is up, I think the joy of having a driveway will overshadow the joys of owning a home is parking in this place is that bad. Even the assigned parking spots are assigned far from the actual Apartments I had a newborn baby that I had to carry back and forth back and forth to the car and up the stairs to the apartment people moved out across from us and that left a way closer parking spot and I had asked if we could have that parking spot instead considering my situation and they told us that we could not. On a positive note however anytime we need maintenance the maintenance crew is really...
Ā Ā Ā Read more`Management is a joke.. Apartments flood constantly. Management offers a obscured renters insurance that has premium prices and only pays property damage. There's been 4 floods in my father's apartment unit. Maintenance team is not certified, inexperienced and do not fix the problems. Management team is that of a slumlord at best.
Response: (12/30/2021) Method of attack is so obvious it would be funny if it weren't for this being the 4th such flood. But I guess when your complex has so many issues, might as well have staff harass tendence and guest, (all of which has been recorded and submitted to the proper people.) Records of previous incidence are now legally binding statements since they were made in court or submitted by an alleged law-practicing attorney, not to mention multiple false statements that may be libel law violations within them...
Why not take the time to look up on google and respond to an objective review, and try to blame a lifetime worth of floods all accumulating in less than a calendar year and try to shift blame, instead of fixing the seals casing the flooding in the first place?
Oh well, I guess the surveillance footage of you and your maintenance member leaving a small blower fan in the bathroom 2 months after the 3 such flood, 4 days after this particular flood and only for 3 hours in an attempt to dry the arear as if there were ever due diligence in any of these matters, wasn't effective. I guess that stud-finder Tony pretended was a moisture detector wasn't preforming to your liking?
Let this response prove their priority of this management team!
After all matters are settled, I will release all footage, pictures, videos and written conversations proving my criticisms of this complex. (Where legally...
