My mom and I were regulars here we loved the soup and salad always good! My niece and I went last Friday and we were very disappointed. We ordered soup and salad. I ordered the chicken gnocchi soup and my niece ordered the Zuppa Toscana her soup looked like a pale yellow broth with a piece of kale in it! My soup was horrible the gnocchi tasted like I was eating paste. I’ve had this in the past always delicious! Went to get a bread stick which was rock hard, the waitress saw me poke at the bread stick noticing how hard they were and brought “fresh” ones out we told her about the soup she replaced it I passed on mine but the zuppa was better second time. It’s just A shame that we couldn’t have had “Fresh” soup and bread sticks at the beginning of our meal. I went to use the restroom and was shocked at the condition it was in absolutely gross like it had not been cleaned from the night before! This was at noon they had only been open a short period of time! I go to wash my hands and the soap is completely diluted watered down I’m like of all things to cut back on don’t cut back on soap! Especially running a food Establishment! I went to speak to the hostess but she was texting on her phone I asked to speak to the MOD because I was completely disappointed in our entire experience and wanted to express that to the manager! I waited over 15 minutes to speak to the manager but they never came to talk with us. Olive Garden has always been consistently good for a chain restaurant and when you’re paying top dollar for nearly everything , you expect to get decent food, cleanliness...
Read morewe had a great experience at Olive Garden overall. The food was good, not the absolute best for Italian cuisine, but definitely satisfying and filling. The menu offers a nice variety, and there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Portions were generous enough to leave us full, which is always a plus.
The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and very family-friendly, making it a great spot for both adults and kids. The staff were friendly, attentive, and added to the pleasant dining experience. Service was efficient, and the overall vibe of the restaurant was enjoyable and relaxing.
The only hiccup during our visit was when we arrived as a group of eight, including children. Although there was a large table available, the staff initially tried to seat us at two separate tables next to each other. This would have split our group, which wasn’t ideal. After we requested to stay together, they seated us at the larger table just a few minutes later. While they mentioned it had just become available, the table was spotless and ready, making us feel like they may have initially tried to avoid re-cleaning the section since it was later in the evening.
Despite this small inconvenience, everything else about our visit was enjoyable. The food, service, and overall atmosphere made for a great dining experience. I would definitely recommend Olive Garden for a casual and family-friendly meal. We’ll likely be back for another visit...
Read moreIf it was an option I would give this restaurant no stars. I went with my family yesterday to eat after coming back from San Diego Safari Zoo and my experience was terrible to say the least. I was waited on by Dylan and his attitude and quality of service was just awful. First of all, my son's girlfriend got a hair in her soup. Then the calamari's we ordered we're raw. Then, our waiter didn't offer us any soup or salad when we took our order. I had to personally tell him that we wanted soup and salad. He was serving other tables and they all had soup and salads, so I don't think he could have forgotten ( impossible really to do). Then when we got our soups and salads he was short one which wasn't a big deal but he just left abruptly afterwards. He didn't offer us any cheese on our food (we had to again ask him for something he should know to offer). At this point, I got a little aggravated so I asked to speak to the manager and he went to go look for her but he didn't finish serving the cheese on our orders. My wife and my son who were at the end of our 8 guest table got forgotten so I grabbed the cheese grater that he left and served them cheese on their soups. When we talked to the manager Patty she "apologized" , but she didn't mean it.Her apology was in genuine and she didn't seem to care about the matter. I 100% don't recommend coming to this place. Worst restaurant experience I've ever had by far at an...
