Disappointed. I have been here three times. Gave it three chances. The 1st I got a lash perm with Angela, she was so very nice, and accommodating, however, my lash perm was too curled and my eye lashes curled on themselves and it looked terrible. Whatever, right! My eye lashes were short so I thought maybe there wasn't much to be done there. 2nd time, same, lash perm. This time I explained what had happened last time, I had Chelsea, same, very nice and accommodating, but again, she did my lash perm and this time there was no difference in my lashes, did not even curl. But again, i though, okay maybe its me. 3rd AND LAST TIME I WILL EVER BE BACK TO THIS SALON. I had Angela again and I SPECIFICALLY explained what had happened las two times, and that I was willing to try a lash extension this time. I was very detailed in what I wanted, specially the fact that i wanted them NATURAL LOOKING AND NOT COMPLETELY BLACK! Because it did not go well with my skin tone or my profession so i needed them to look very natural, nit full, just simple just a lil boost to my eyes. I asked if she understood, she said yes so i trusted her to give me what i had asked for. NOPE. She gave me a hybrid set which I did not know what it meant but they were full and made me look crazy.!! Aside of that her hands smelled like food the whole time, it took forever, and the whole experience was just so very uncomfortable. At the end the day, i was excited because I legitimately thought we had a mutual understanding and she was gonna do what I asked her to do instead of what she wanted instead. Once she finished, after hopping from one customer to another and me, she showed me my lashes and I was not happy, however i did not show my disdain because for one, I did nit want to make her fee bad but also I just wanted to leave. I ended uo paying 280+ dollars. I took them off today and had to pay for that too. Just terrible. They do not know what they are doing, or wt least that has been my experience with this salon....

I was really looking forward to getting a Russian pedicure here, but my experience from start to finish was incredibly disappointing. From scheduling the appointment with Jenya, the nail tech, to the actual service, the customer service was unprofessional and frustrating.

First, scheduling the appointment online was confusing, and Jenya made the entire process feel like rocket science. When I arrived, her attitude was cold and unfriendly, which immediately put me off. I understand that there might be a language barrier since she doesn’t speak much English, but that’s no excuse for her unprofessional behavior.

Additionally, the payment process was shady. Despite booking through a link that allowed credit card payments, Jenya insisted on Zelle, Venmo, or cash, which felt inconvenient and unprofessional.

The overall result of the pedicure was not that impressive either. I could easily achieve the same level of nail care at other salons for a cheaper price—and with much nicer treatment. If you decide to book with Jenya, be prepared for her rude attitude.

Overall, the service was not worth the excitement, time, or money. I’d much rather spend my money at a place where I’m treated with respect and professionalism.
