After my initial appointment, I was told after the fact that I needed a clearance X-rayâsomething that could have been easily addressed during the appointment or confirmed beforehand over the phone to save time. This lack of communication resulted in a wasted 2-hour round trip.
When I returned for the X-ray, I was told the images would be reviewed so Iâd know if I could have my MRI the same day. Instead, the technicians didnât even open my file. I waited over two hours with no results, no MRI, and yet another 2-hour wasted trip.
This office showed poor communication, lack of follow-through, and no regard for patientsâ time or travel. If you value efficiency and professionalism, I cannot recommend this facility based on my experience.

However, the message was vague and did not mention any equipment issues.
I attempted to call the office back multiple timesâevery 10 minutes for nearly 45 minutesâwith no success. Since I had already taken the day off for this appointment, I decided to go in person. Once there, I was told the machine had gone downâcompletely contradicting the voicemail.
I was then redirected to a nearby sister facility five minutes away. When I arrived, I explained the situation to the front desk staff, but it was clear they werenât paying attention. They took my ID and insurance card and told me to sit down. I later found out they hadnât even checked me in until 30 minutes had passed, followed by another 15-minute wait.
When I was finally called in, I reminded the technician that I needed imaging on four different areas. However, only two were performed. When I asked about the others, the tech responded with visible frustration, saying it was only scheduled for two. I explained the full situation again, but there was no effort to accommodate or take responsibility. After numerous explanations, I was finally granted the other two areas for imaging.

I scheduled multiple appointments at their location, only to be given incorrect information each time about the date, time, and location. I showed up at the first location, only to be told it was the wrong place, and then had to travel to another site. This back-and-forth was completely unorganized and unprofessional.
On top of that, I was told to expect certain services at specific times, only to have them changed or canceled without any clear explanation. I wasted so much time and gas, all for a process that should have been straightforward. At one point, I had to demand to speak with the manager just to get my appointment sorted.
I donât mind being understanding about occasional mistakes, but the repeated miscommunication and lack of care for my time was beyond unacceptable. At the very least, I expected a solution or compensation for the inconvenience and wasted effort, but nothing was offered.
