I am so glad I chose to come here at Redhawk Vision Center of Temecula , Ca. . I am a new patient here . I find Dr. Donny Broyles a very jolly doctor . Always happy and smiling . First , I was there to get eye glasses but My eyes were in pain and I thought it was just dry eyes . Thankfully , Dr. Donny Broyles put eyedrops to my eyes to ease the pain . He is a very nice doctor and explains well about the condition of your eyes . He is a very caring eye doctor . And Dr. Broyles One of his assistants named Gerald is very nice as well . And one who is in the reception area who answers the phone , she was nice also , she wears glasses and she has short hair like almost to the shoulder level . And Shannon , who do my appointments is very nice as well . Margarita is also nice when I was choosing my eye glasses . And this vision center is super clean . Whoever did the cleaning , they also did a excellent job in cleaning the waiting area and the entire examination rooms . And they have state of the art eye exam...

All went well from check-in to check-out. During check-in I was greeted and provided with information regarding what's covered by my insurance and given price ranges for what's not covered. The assistant that did my scans was very nice, smiled, and made the visit pleasant. Dr. Broyles is the best. He's always happy and in a good mood. Remember you from previous visits(yearly). Makes you laugh, doesn't rush the visit. He addresses any concerns you have. Check-out went smooth. The clerk always helps me get the best discounts/deals with what’s covered by my insurance and for what’s not covered. She interacts with you and smiles. My family of 4 have been getting out eye exams here for 3 years now. The thorough eye exams and eye health is worth the money. I have only seen both Dr. Broyles, husband and wife. They both are very thorough in teaching about eye health as I'm getting older. I'm also very impressed with how efficient their office runs, never waiting long once I'm checked in. My appointment lasted about 1 1/2 hours but was busy getting the scans and time with doctor. I was surprised to find this last time my prescription had not changed and would not need new glasses. Since my insurance pays for glasses each year, I requested if I can get another pair to have different glasses that the last time, so I was able to find another pair to keep...
