Amazing experience for my 3 year old and 21 month old boys! They were just amazed at this place from the second we walked in the door! They put their names on a cute board welcoming them, they had games and movies in the lobby so they were immediately excited to be there. They walked them through a cute little small door for their appt. The room where they clean their teeth was painted with an ocean scene. They loved the animals with teeth and immediately wanted to take them and brush them. The staff was so sweet to them and so patient and made it such a fun experience! My son who is three LET THEM clean his teeth, get X-rays and check his teeth! I was so impressed as this has not been our experience in the past! They let him put headphones on and watch a movie to distract him so they could clean his teeth and do X-rays! He was so calm and relaxed and wasn’t scared at all. The hygienist and the doctor were so sweet and patient with him making him feel so comfortable and at ease. They gave the boys tokens to pick out a prize on our way out which was just the cherry on top for them. I literally couldn’t get my 3 year old to leave. He wanted to just stay there and “not go home,” (his words). So happy we found this place and cannot say enough good things. They are amazing with the kids and so patient. They make the dentist a fun experience for the kids and I’m sure they are going to be so excited when I tell them we are going...

I have been going to this practice for 3 years and today's experience fell short from the previous ones. Dr. Smith is an exceptional dentist. However, the cleaning process with the hygienist today was under 1 minute ( I brush my son's teeth longer at home and more thorough than what she did today and that is not an exaggeration) not to mention I had to remind her to floss his teeth because she went ahead and applied the varnish without completing the entire cleaning process. She told me "yes, you are right I forgot to floss". This is unacceptable as these are the basic steps a hygienist needs to follow and to be rushed during the brushing process and to skip flossing? Yet I am being charged for all these services and I have trust in this office to get the best treatment for my son and we all take time out of our busy days to attend these appointments. Very disappointed. When I brought this up to the front desk she seemed unbothered by my concerns. She did not offer to have a proper cleaning done by someone else since it was not done properly and is something she should have offered. I even asked if the hygienist was new and she told me she was not? So what can explain why today's visit went the way it did-it was nothing but a waste of our time and money. My son did not get the professional cleaning he was supposed to get...

Dr. Smith and his staff are great. My two sons had check-ups with him last November. My sons were disappointed when we were called back so quickly because they wanted to spend more time in the fun waiting room. Dr. Smith was patient and kind with my tentative two-year-old, and was upfront about some work and costs that were needed with my five-year-old.

Today, my five-year-old was complaining of mouth pain, and I noticed an abscess on his tooth. Unfortunately, our insurance has changed and they are now out-of-network, but our in-network doctor couldn't see him until tomorrow. I called Dr. Smith's office to see if he could get an appointment for that day, and they were able to fit him in. My son was called back as soon as we arrived, was seen promptly, and we were given treatment options with estimates on the costs. They even gave us a discount since they don't accept our current insurance. Because of circumstances of our availability, he was able to fix my son's tooth today, at a more than reasonable price, even staying after closing hours to get it done the same day. I am so grateful for their flexibility and understanding of our circumstances. It made a quite stressful day become one where I was left feeling grateful.
