Ive been to many doctors and imaging appointments, but never have i had such a great experience as I had here. The X-Ray tech, Cal, was wonderful. He was kind, funny, and all around a great person, very fun to have a conversation with ! I haven't seen that kind of niceness and humanity in an imaging technician before. If your'e reading this, Cal, your'e the best, thank you :^)

For my consultation, the majority of the appointment was done by a med student, their last name was Lee. Another person I really enjoyed talking to. I was very happy to see they were taking notes as I was answering their questions, making sure to get down all of the information I gave. I've never seen that level of attentiveness and being so thorough in Doctors or PAs or any medical professional for that matter. It was great to see that there actually are people in this profession who really care.

The time I got with Dr. Schultzel was relatively brief, but still a great experience. He explained what was going on with my X-Rays and actually ordered an MRI to know more about what was going on, which, in and of itself shows more care than I've seen in a doctor yet. Most medical professionals Ive seen, including doctors, just write off symptoms, tell me I'm fine, that they don't know whats wrong, and seem like they're just trying to get me out the door as fast as possible, which has led to unfortunate consequences in my health many times. But even just in the simple fact that Dr. Schultzel wanted to get more information before making any decisions about what exactly was going on, makes a huge difference in my experience with him vs other doctors Ive been to.

Had a bad experience today. I was referred by my orthopedic doctor to get an X-ray. I went and checked in at 9:30 am and was initially told I was next. After 2 people were seen by the tech, I was told I was definitely next. Unfortunately, a 3rd person was again called before me and I asked what’s going on. One of the lady from the front desk went to remind the tech, Cal, that I was outside. He loudly responded “he’s going to have to wait”. After waiting for 1 hour and ten minutes not knowing if I was going to be seen or not and hearing his comment, was very upsetting, especially when I had follow on appointments. I would not have minded if I would have been told up front it would be a while; I would have scheduled for a later date or time. I was finally completed...

Bryan and Vivian are fabulous humans! They treated me like family, they were very thorough and professional and I will be coming back to this location for all my labs and imaging needs. Thanks Bryan and Vivian for making my appointment a pleasurable one❣️ About 2 weeks later I had to come back. This time for a different imaging procedure and had the pleasure of meeting Natalie. She was very sweet, treated me kindly and made sure I was warm and comfortable throughout my hour long image and even asked what kind of music I wanted to listen to. This clinic caters to its clients’ needs and takes the extra step on ensuring its clients are being safe and mitigating as much risk as possible due to the exposure of radiation.
