Rose Haven Heritage Garden — Attraction in Temecula

Like most such facilities, there is good and negative to deal with. The bad always seems to be prominent in ones mind when dealing with loved ones but I try to remember there are several patients needing help and that means things don't always get done right away.

But: Because the patient's stay is not complete, I feel that I can offer a better more accurate review upon discharge.

That said, I feel that the staff do a pretty good job of taking care of patients. They follow through with any concerns that might crop up during one's stay, including a Doctor on staff that is able to make decisions based on immediate medical need.

If a convalesce patient, the Care progress, depending on your reason for staying there, is can be sent to your physician, surgeon or specialist, this keeping them informed on recovery or physical therapy progress...

Food? Bland , not the best and also some days are better than others , depending on what's...

We had the opportunity to tour Rose Haven Heritage Garden in Temecula back in April 2018 at a UC Riverside Botanic Gardens (UCRBG) Member Outing. The tour was informative, and it appears from recent reviews this garden is still as beautiful and peaceful as when we toured. The garden also appears to have similar policies to UCRBG - free for all to enjoy but donations very much appreciated.

My pics are a bit outdated but should successfully capture the spaciousness and ambiance. There was a nice area for a picnic and plenty of photo-opps before and after the tour. Back then the garden was a Certified Wildlife Habitat® by the National Wildlife Federation, now their website is stating they are a National Wildlife Preserve, but either way a friend of...

Beautiful BUT bel prepared to possibly have groups of people show up with their noisy children and disturb your peace.

If you're visiting for tranquility walk to the top by gazebo. The picnic area seems to be popular with party groups.

Parent's don't necessarily respect others'peace of mind. I visited @9 AM on a Tuesday. Not sure why these kids were not in school,. Maybe these particular children were homeschoolers.

But 15 children with 8 parents just wanted to take over the place and felt the right to do so.

No restrooms. Not a dog park. Not a playground
