Friendly staff. Good selection of discounted items. Many items are close to or after the best buy or use by date so just be aware. I shop here all the time and just use my own judgement. If you get the $15 food box (SUCH A DEAL FOR FRESH PRODUCE AND FOOD STAPLES) most of it it overstock from markets and local growers. Pick your own which is nice. Shopping here helps subsidize programs who deliver foods to needy people. Win-Win. The proceeds go towards fuel for the drivers and such. They also have soaps and other household items including furniture, clothes depending on what is donated. Lots of expired food. Many non-food items are either from Amazon returns or are overstock, but many are open. They have a few random toys, a lot of party supplies, mattresses, a small selection of clothes, a handful of appliances, and a good amount of home decor.
Prices are kinda steep vs other overstock stores in the county. Some items they had a ton of are an additional 20% off. Prices were mostly clearly marked, but not on everything.
They closed at 6, but they shut off the lights at 5:54, which led me to stop shopping, not buy anything, and walk out. Employees are more concerned with going home than selling items. It gave me a bad vibe of the place.
Would I return? Doubtful. But it's worth one trip if you...
