Taco Bell - Live Más Café — Restaurant in Temecula

The service sucks especially the drive threw and when you order and ask to have something made fresh and hot and when you ask and you get your food and take a bite and you go back and just ask them to kindly make you a fresh order you would think that they would apologize and make you another order instead me and my wife got argued with by the manager pretty much calling us liars that she made them fresh for one you can tell the difference between fresh and old food they warmed ones they had already cooked. oh yeah by the way i am talking about the cinna bites or whatever the name is but my wife took a bite and the inside was cold so we took them back and after the argument with the manager we supposed to have got another fresh order and guess what they where cold as ice on the inside again so we drove back threw the drive threw for a third time for the manager to argue and be very disrespectful to me and my wife cause we gave her all of are food back now and asked for a refund and she wouldn't do it so now im supposed to get ahold of another manager thats not going to do anything just to be screwed out of my money and food cause we have called and have left messages and no return phone call or anything so i will never buy anything from pizza hut taco bell pepsi or any product that has to do with taco...

My visit to the Taco Bell place near the mall in Temecula last night was a nightmare. Taylor the cashier was so rude when I tried to redeem a coupon. She told me that the coupon I gave her was fake and that her manager told her not to give it back to me. I explained that I would pay for the food but still needed the coupon so I can send back to the third party for a refund (I had proof of purchase.) We argued back and forth and she became irritated and ruder so I just left. I called and found out later that Taylor "lied" as Brianna the manager said to me on the phone "no one told Taylor to keep the coupon, she kept it herself." To be honest I don't know who was telling the truth. The manager made an apology and asked me to stop by to pick up the coupon. Later another manager also called me and offered a compensation to make up for the incident but I was done at this point. I understand stores can reject invalid coupons but the way this employee treated me was not neccessary. They should have warned me not to trust online venders instead of giving an attitude and embarrassing me (lack of manners won't make you go far, Taylor.) I went out to eat at TBs pretty often in the past but would probably stop going...

I don't come to this Taco Bell that often, but it is nice. Newly remodeled with a fresh coat of exterior painting as well. My daughter and I came in, ordered, and were called up fairly quickly. It has plenty of seating, and now has the kiosk were YOU can place your own order on. It has restrooms, handicap parking and a friendly entrance. Specials are prominently displayed on their menus. Hey Taco Bell! Get with the program, and give us, the people, your customers, what we want...a Taco Tuesday man! 😄 Hook it up already! What are y'all waiting on? For those money conscience folks, like me, they have great deals for $5.00 w/tax. Trust me you'll walk away full, if not, taking some back home or to the office with you. Location wise it's a little tricky getting in and out of there. You have to deal with one-way traffic, make an illegal u-turn, or go the long way around the parking lot to exit. Depending on which way you're headed that is. You'll see what I'm talking about....
