The Route to Relief project has had a life-changing impact on my personal and professional journey. Through the support of this program, I was able to complete the front-end portion of my software engineering training, which opened the door for a scholarship to continue my studies in back-end development. This opportunity not only helped me grow as a developer but also gave me the confidence to pursue my academic goals further.
Thanks to Route to Relief, I’ve enrolled full-time in an AI/ML Bachelor's program at Chandler-Gilbert Community College, positioning me at the forefront of emerging technologies. Additionally, the skills and support I've gained through this initiative have led to me being considered for a full-time internship at a mechanical engineering firm—an opportunity that felt out of reach before.

Due to the 2020 Pandemic I have had many ups and downs. My small business I had closed due to all the unforeseen circumstances of not being prepared.
Despite all of that in 2025 I heard about Route to Relief and I immediately jumped on it and signed up and became registered for Entrepreneurial Business Management .
I’m so ecstatic that I did and though I had a few challenges it pushed me into becoming more resilient that I have ever been.
The morale is to never give up despite the challenges, it assists in testing your very being. I stood up fought back and won the fight.

From my first contact with Mike Turner, Manager of Corporate Partnerships he was attentive, responsive, and resourceful with providing insight on what services the Maricopa Corporate College had to offer regarding Manager/Supervisor training. The Corporate Partnership Division offers certification programs, we had a variety of options to choose from based on our needs. We were able to customize our organizational training and development to meet our specific needs. Many of the Leadership series were available in 2- and 4-hour increment workshops.
Their staff was willing to work with us to provide training that would accommodate the number of attendees, as well as provide a space at one of the community colleges close to our office. The facilitator was very engaging, personable, and a company favorite.
