I stopped through this Taco Bell drive thru recently, and it bordered on a transcendental experience. After receiving my order promptly in the drive thru, I went to consume my breakfast bounty. Little did I know I was about to experience one of the best Taco Bell meals of my entire life. Now, I know what you're thinking. "Person in my phone, it's just Taco Bell. It couldn't possibly have been that good. You're exaggerating for funnies." I assure you, I am not. I will remember sitting in my car consuming this most satisfying of meals for the rest of my existence on this big rock floating in space. Every item in my order was absolutely perfect; and I do not use that word lightly. Whichever respectable souls were working the kitchen on this insignificant Tuesday morning had their hands guided by a divine source as they prepared my meal. Let me be clear that I do not say this to diminish the work of the individuals themselves, which was damn good work at that. With almost a tear in my eye, I literally called the store asking to speak with a manager. Not to express any grievance, however, but to ask them to inform the staff that out there somewhere, there's someone who appreciates the hard work they're doing....
Read moreOn 5/1/24, I visited Taco Bell after a long workday, choosing this location for its proximity to my workplace and usually great service. Despite clearly ordering a chicken taco due to dietary restrictions, my receipt showed a beef taco. When I politely informed the cashier and the apparent manager/lead, they insisted on charging me for an additional taco, claiming the order was correct on their screen. I explained that I don’t eat beef and she became upset that I wouldn’t accept the scam to pay for an additional taco without a refund of the incorrect one. After some back and forth, they finally agreed to refund me for the beef taco, but the manager/lead displayed unprofessional behavior throughout the interaction, with a rude attitude and dismissive demeanor. The cashier, however, remained apologetic and professional. This behavior, especially from someone in a customer-facing role, is unacceptable and should be addressed. The name on my receipt is Natalie Acos, I am unsure if this is the rude worker or the nice cashier. I hope this feedback reaches the appropriate channels for improvement. Happy to provide additional feedback if needed. My receipts from the order...
Read moreWalked in and immediately regretted going in when I saw no cashier only kiosk. Ordered my food for me and my family and waited for over 20 mins most likely more. My brother ate an edible as soon as we got to the Taco Bell. It takes 45 mins to kick in and it hit him faster than we got our food. Half way thru waiting I hear the workers ask each other if they made the order for Daniel. (My order) turns out they skipped it. Mean while the lobby is filling up people were waiting longer than me. All the workers are slow af. They all were standing around pretty much twiddling their fingers looking all confused on what to do or what they were making. Literally no customer service. I had a longer conversation with the kiosk than with any of the employees.when my food is finally ready the lady couldn't read my name and decided to call me bill while the other employees corrected her. Bill ended up looking kinda stupid when he went to the register and they told him they said the wrong name. Horrible experience. Absolutely...
