This was the WORST experience I ever experienced at a Chipotle's establishment. I was there around 1pm on this date 02/17/2024. I will NEVER ever advised anyone to eat at this location. They all seemed uninterested taking order and looked HIGH as hell. The server handling food that day was moving extremely slow and disregard any request. I simply ask that I get sum fresh steak as it was getting cut. The server refused and say she’s only serving the one she has and I respectfully declined which upset her. I then ask the cook who was cutting the steak if she wouldn’t mind putting a small portion on the side for me. She say okay then proceeds to mix the dry steak with a small portion of what she had just cut. She then take the fresh steak to someone else. I ask her why she mix my portion of steak with the dry residue she just ignore me. Chipotle has always been my favorite fast food restaurant I never in a million years thought this experience would go this bad. But I guess that’s what happened when you decide to try a new places. Read moreSo I’ve been coming to this location for 2 years now and I am honestly pretty disappointed. It’s astonishing to me the difference in quality of service between when the general manager of the store is present or not.
When the manager is in the employees and helpful and the store is willing to go above and beyond. When the manager is not present they close early, give terrible service in the last hour of operation, and make countless mistakes with the drive thru.
Went in last night at 9 to get a sofritas bowl for my wife who is plant based. They were almost out of sofritas and didn’t have enough for a whole portion. I asked if they would be putting more out. The employee looked at the clock and then turned and faced me and said no. I asked if there was any subs they could do or comp the price since it was just going to be rice and beans and he said no and asked in I still wanted it.
I understand it’s frustrating managing the food at the end of the shift. However, I don’t see any excuses for not having a menu item out when there is an hour of business remaining. Still love chipotle and will continue to eat here. Do yourselves a favor and drive to...

I ordered online as I've been a long time customer and It's application makes it easy to swing by for lunch. For one my order was set for 12:30pm and I showed up at 12:32pm and it wasn't complete. I can give them the benefit of the doubt because it's lunch time. I ordered double meat of which I'm charged 3 bucks extra and I didn't get it. I used my rewards Chipotle is pushing and it wasn't in the bag. I had to come back for the chips and she said it wasn't on the order.
I decided to call the store because my order wasn't even double meat and I paid for that. The Management name Joel said that the employees rebuttal was that I showed up 5 mins early which was a lie. Then he was like sorry you didn't get enough rice and was super passive aggressive. He then told me he can't do much for online orders but would comp a meal if I came in today.
