(EDIT)Dude made me place a five-star review to get a screen protector when I originally purchased the repair service. This is my update after 3 weeks.

His name is Sunny, I believe. Now, after spending hours back in the store, they are refusing my refund. I finally got the refund, but because the card was inactive, it was declined. Another 30 minutes were spent getting Sunny to reach out to his managers (as I called Cash App directly to sort it, and they let me know it was the merchant's responsibility). He still refused to try a different refund method, even after the bank told him that information. So, all in all, after another 10 or 15 minutes, he let me know he could close the store to get cash for the refund. All of this was after letting me know he would have to wait until Monday to receive permission to issue the refund. I told him I would not be leaving until I received the money for my refund. So I didn't, and suddenly he was able to find a workaround for all my issues.

Overall, if I were you and saw the five-star reviews, trust your instincts and run, because this is a level-five scam operation.
