Let me start by saying the food here was great. However, the service was pathetic. I do not normally do reviews of my experiences but this was necessary after our experience here. When we sat down, we were served salsa with chips and a pitcher of water. When our waitress arrived, the first thing she asked was for our order. Not if we wanted any drinks or appetizers. When we said we weren’t ready, she appeared aggravated and walked away. When she came back to take our order, she had a horrible attitude. She argued over a menu item when asked to sub queso for chipotle sauce on their burrito. After the food arrived, we never saw her again. We had to get our own to go boxes for leftovers. We ended up asking another employee for our check and a cup to take the remaining salsa because our waitress had apparently disappeared. The lady proceeds to bring us a to go cup filled with salsa. Not what we asked for, but ok. No worries. When looking over the check, we had been charged twice for a $5 large bowl of queso, jalapeños we never got and $5 for a to go bowl of salsa. We tried to explain what was wrong with our check politely when management decided to argue with us over everything that was wrong. Upon continuing the conversation of trying to make them understand the problem, we began being recorded by one of the employees. If you are considering eating here, I highly recommend you review your check and don’t ask for anything extra.. not even a to go box. You will be charged and they will NOT feel bad for it. No apology for the “miscommunication” or anything. We have traveled from Texas for over a week to this area and this was the worst service we have received at any restaurant...

We had high hopes for this restaurant as it has lots of good reviews and we’d been recommended it by friends. I wanted to be honest about our experience though. We came into a busy restaurant on a Tuesday night. We stood at the front where it says “wait to be seated” for 15-20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. We were walked by a dozen times by employees. No explanation of “we will be right with you” or anything. We did eventually get seated and we never truly knew who our server was. They do not disclose that they charge for chips and salsa, just a surprise on your bill at the end. And the salsa is soooo spicy, our little girl was spitting it out. Would just be nice to have a milder option. (My husband loved it. 😂) My plate came with crispy rice, must have sat under the burner a while. The food was ok, quite pricy. Definitely the most expensive Mexican restaurant I’ve been to! I did love the beans on the side. They were the best refried beans I’ve ever had. We just felt like the staff was inconvenienced by any request or question we had. And by the time we had sat down, the restaurant really died down so it wasn’t crazy busy. I went in search of a box at the end of our meal because no one had stopped by for quite a while. Honestly, we aren’t a high maintenance bunch… just want to have a nice meal and have our glasses filled but we won’t be returning to this restaurant because of our...

Such a great little family-owned Mexican spot in Driggs! It’s a small place, no reservations needed, but the food is full of flavor and heart.

We started with their chips and salsa, and absolutely loved the unique cabbage salsa salad — super refreshing and unlike anything we’ve had before.

For mains, we had the Pollo a la Chipotle, which was rich, flavorful, and had a good kick of spice — just how it should be (but maybe a bit much if you're spice-sensitive). We also tried the Mole Enchiladas — the sauce was a little on the sweeter side, but it was our first time trying mole and it was a fun change of pace.

The service was quick and friendly. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area and craving authentic Mexican food with a...

I can't believe I'm giving out another 5 star food review to little ol Driggs, Idaho. A great "white Mexican" place as I call it, with absolutely amazing mole, chips are fresh and not overly thin like some places. Fresh spicy cabbage and salsa was served. I tried the chile relleno, which I don't always like from every place, but after the mole I trusted it would be good. (It was very.) Rice and refried beans were honestly great by themselves too. Server was friendly. When I come back I'll be trying the charro beans and maybe an enchilada or two and will update.

I absolutely love this restaurant and try to eat here every week. The food and service is above average and if you're lucky enough to have Sergio wait on you, he'll remember you and your order for follow up visits. This establishment genuinely cares about your overall satisfaction. I've never not been asked about my family and their well-being, even just after my first visit. I recommend everything on the menu, but especially their Carne Asada Tacos. Don't forget a side Chile Relleno and Horchata to drink--the best Horchata I've tasted in any Mexican restaurant!

My husband and I stopped in for our last meal visiting Wyoming and Idaho. We had a very good dinner. We are from Texas and were nervous about the Mexican food being good but we were nicely surprised. The chips and salsa were great. They also served a cabbage salad with the chips, which my husband loved. We each got a burrito with rice and beans. The Dr. Pepper was excellent too! Our waitress Grace was amazing. She was very kind and helped to explain the menu and decide on something we would enjoy.
