I usually don't post reviews but I wanted to let people know about this wonderful jewelry store. I live in Austin and was looking for a watch my husband wanted. (Last minute shopping). Shannon Jewelry answered my phone call early that morning. Located the exact watch. They took several pictures of the watch on their wrists so I could tell the size and how it looked. They also located a different band he wanted, black leather instead of silver. Going above and beyond they wrapped the gift in a beautiful box and Fed-X it to my house in 24 hours from my original phone call. 😀 Months later I stopped by their lovely shop visiting Houston and enjoyed looking at their inventory. I will definitely call them next time I am looking for an item or just need jewelry repaired or fixed. They are a locally owned store...

I seriously can not say enough about the staff and quality at Shannon’s Fine Jewelry. I will say I am horrible with names but I did deal with everyone and I have absolutely no complaints! One of my prongs broke and another one was loose causing my amethyst to fall out. They replaced my prongs and reset my gemstone. Turn around was quick they had my ring for three or four days before it was ready for pick up and the pricing was very affordable. I am extremely happy with the quality of the service as well as the customer service. I have been her previous and will continue to be a returning customer. If you are looking for a jeweler or looking to make a custom piece I can not recommend them enough!! Thank you so much to the staff at Shannons. I am so happy...
