Firehouse Subs Lake Woodlands — Restaurant in The Woodlands

This is my second time here in the past week. They seemed understaffed at this location a couple of days ago and the lady seemed rude, because she was flustered, because they were under staffed.....so I thought. So, I over looked the attitude Well, same lady here today with lots of staff and very few people actually eating in the restaurant. When I get up to the counter no one knows who is taking my order and when someone takes my order, the lady from the other day rudely says, "tell them it's going to be a fifteen-twenty min wait." Then when my order is fine they basically shoved it in my hands. I get that times are hard. They're hard on all of us. I'm actually out here working a second job, but we shouldn't excuse someone's rudeness when it's more than once. We all are trying to make it out here. Maybe they need a reminder than sometimes life is hard for all of us, not just them, but where here trying to help them make a living, also. We're not just annoyances. We help pay their paychecks. Be aware of manager and rewards on Lake woodlands location The food is good, a little pricey though, but the rewards they offer are really tricky. We have had several issues almost every time we redeem the rewards thru the online app. This time (today 7/2/19: 4:00pm))was even worse when I redeemed some of my points for a small free sandwich. When I didn’t see it in the bag I asked the cashier, and she put me thru The manager. This guy was absolutely rude and disrespectful when I explained the situation. I even showed him proof that the points were indeed redeemed for a free sandwich. He completely disregarded my proof and even implied that I was not being truthful. I have been a customer there for many years now, that’s why I’m frequently accumulating points. Now it’s a shame that I’m never going to order form them any more. I came in 10 minutes until closing, which I understand can be inconvenient for people working who want to go home, but sheesh the annoyance on the atmosphere was absolutely palpable. Eye rolls, sighing at me, scoffing, etc. made me want to turn around and leave right then and there but I had a strong pregnancy craving lol. Never been to this location and probably will never return just based on how unwelcoming they were alone. Terrible experience. If you're open til 9 you should serve sandwiches til 8:59 unless otherwise stated somewhere. My sandwich was also missing cucumbers and my son's had no pickles. I've never been to a firehouse subs that had that terrible and rude of service; mostly I come here because of the opposite!
