I was so excited to come to this location with my boyfriend as we have been actively starting to look for engagement rings. My boyfriend AND I both disclosed from the get go that we were just trying to look and get a price point for something we both would like and the sales woman (Jackie) who helped us was extremely pushy and frankly made us uncomfortable. Jackie kept offering discounts and offers to entice me and my boyfriend to purchase the rings that day. When my boyfriend AGAIN reiterated that we were not buying for at least another year or two, her entire demeanor changed, her face dropped and she just became more pushy, and I feel as though she started looking at me when she was talking as if to get me to coerce my boyfriend to change his mind on this serious purchase. When my boyfriend mentioned getting a store card and his good credit she became more insistent on us completing a purchase that day.

We reiterated that we were willing to open up a store card in the future as we would’ve liked to continue purchasing items for our anniversary’s/ birthdays etc. from whatever store we chose to buy our engagement rings from, so this woman knew that we were willing to put more money into the company going forward, but it did not lessen her persistence on us purchasing a ring that day. Now due to this uncomfortable experience my boyfriend and I have decided to take our business elsewhere as we feel we were not listened to and were just a pay out for this employee. We want to feel listened to and comfortable during this (supposed to be) fun and exciting time in our lives, however after this it is perfectly clear that Jared’s will not be it. One word- SANA. She is truly the epitome of outstanding customer service. To speak to her excellent work ethic- I have not even made a purchase from Jared yet but felt compelled to leave a review about her. My boyfriend and I have been in the process of engagement ring searching for the past couple months and she has been a huge help to us. The kicker is we don’t even live in Texas! Sana has gone above and beyond for us since day one. She first assisted with the virtual appointment to view a ring that was not at our local Jared at the time. She answered every single one of our questions and really took the time to showcase the ring. THEN she had the ring shipped to our local Jared in California so we could view the ring in person before making a decision. We are still in the process of narrowing down our ring choices but I’ve been telling my boyfriend so many times how I wish Sana was out here so we could buy directly from her lol.
