I remember when Quiznos was good. It sucked. But it was $10 for a large sub instead of $15+ like other chains!! The sauce recipe has changed. I’m so disappointed. The person I ordered from didn’t know what I was asking for. The person who cashed me out didn’t even speak to me. (On the phone). I had to ask for the sauce I wanted - had to pay more for it - and had to ask for napkins. The set up is the same as any other. You walk in and head to the other end of the count and tell the person what you want. They ask what size, what kind of bread? There are a few options which are available on the signs and menu. You let them know if you would like it toasted - I highly recommend doing so. Then you will need your toppings added after it passes through the toaster. Ask for your toppings, sauces, etc. makes sure they know if you are taking it to go do they don’t put it in a basket. The. You cash out. Here you can add your drinks, chips, chose if you want a combo. Payment was cash or card. Make sure to ask for napkins. Not sure why you have to do that everywhere nowadays. Well got the wrong sandwich and addressed it. All was good until the gentlemen making the sandwich said no I asked for turkey bacon club and he seemed annoyed. I replied I have never ever ordered that. He said yes you did then he offered to make me a new one but seemed more annoyed. At that point I just said forget it keep my money and left. I felt getting a attitude and being annoyed because I got the wrong sandwich wasn't what I wanted to deal with. The smoothies was all flavours and sugar which I made very clear that I didn’t want. Furthermore, when I was paying for the order, he kept the POS machine away from me. He snatched my bank card, swiped it and quickly punched in the security number at the back of the card , even though I asked to put in my PIN to guard against fraud.
