This 1āļø is SPECIFICALLY for manager AMBER...Before I write this review, let it be known as a former Ross employee, that I'm aware of looking up purchases for a customer w/o the need for a receipt IF they paid with a card. So then, I was here the day prior and purchased an empty decorative perfume bottle for $5, along with some other items. When I brought the bottle home, I noticed that the top was missing and not in any of my bags. However, the top was on it when I put it on the counter. No biggy, it can be remedied. So, the following day, I called the store to explain what happened and asked if maybe the cashier somehow knocked it off and if that maybe it was left behind at the register? I was on hold for 10 mins before I hung up and headed off to the store. I was called up for service and explained again what the issue was. The cashier knew right away that I was the one who had just called. She proceeds to call AMBER, who asks her if I have my receipt. I answer "no," but I do have my CC that it was purchased with. They continue in excessive conversation over this simple fix situation. I observed this, so I mentioned that I'd just take a replacement if they had one. Well, apparently, my CC to verify my FIVE DOLLAR item purchase OR the fact that I was willing to take a replacement over the refund wasn't good enough for Ms. AMBER. She proceeds to ask what register I was at during the time of purchase and what time bc she had to verify that I actually purchased it. What THEE ENTIRE...?!?! What do you mean, Ms. AMBER?!?! You're already aware that you can verify my purchase via my CC. What was the point?? š¤ Needless to say, I took GREAT offense to this, as I should have. She was working the fitting room area & she was beyond rude. She told my husband that he has to hang his clothes before leaving the fitting room. So she stood right beside him and watch him hang his clothes. Isnāt that her job to do that? We are customers & are shopping and paying for this service. We had about 200 dollars worth of stuff and of course we wanted to buy everything but we didnāt because the old white women told her Coworker jasmine ādid you pat him down?!ā Iām so disgusted and will never shop at Ross again. & I will for sure boycott this place. My question is why did she have to say that in front of us & other customers? Now if she was doing her job, she should have hang my husbands clothes & check it while she was doing it, but no she didnāt. So we asked to speak to her manager she was kind and did her best. While we were taking to her manager, the old white women confronts us & said āif you have something to say, say itā what kind of service is this? Why is Ross approving racist people? Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have never had any issues returning things to this Ross if they didn't fit or something was wrong that I didn't notice before they would always return them. I bought some joggers for my husband for christmas.. he tried them on and they fit his waist but not his legs. He is a very large and muscular guy so it is hard to get things that fit right. I went to return the joggers and the cashier Bonita decided they were worn. I told her he did not wear them just tried them on. She refused to return them. The manager Rondon was no help at all and said they can't return them becuase they claimed they were worn. I am so disgusted with this location. I won't be coming back here and I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to do...
