I wouldn't even give this place one star. They are terrible! I brought my dog in twice to get groomed. She is a SHISHZU, small, quiet, very friendly. They wouldn't clip her toenails properly nor did they clean her ears and pull the hairs. My dog has developed a severe rash all over her body as well as a severe ear infection due to mites from this place. The second and final time I brought her in, they gave me back to me and neglected to tell me the groomer has nicked her under eye, which swelled immensely, oozed and blead. I brought her to an emergency vet and they told me it was been malpractice of who ever groomed her. On her belly they also found razor burn. When I called to tell the owners they said "this has never happened in a year of being open". Surely I am not the only one.. Also, they didn't offer to pay my vet bills due to the fact it was clearly their fault! Instead they offered for me to bring her back and I'd get "half off". Hmmmm half off of a grooming that is going to put my dog back in the emergency vet.. No thanks! This has been since September and she's STILL HAVEING ISSUES! DO NOT TAKE YOUR BELOVED...

ASK about what they charge for from the get go! THEY WILL HIDE FEES FROM YOU. Extremely expensive for just 1 day of boarding, 74 dollars! The hours are wrong on the website. See picture in case they fix it after reading this review.

We left our dog at this place at 5:30 pm on Friday and they told us over the phone that the only time frames we could pick him up were from 8-11 am or 5-7pm the next day Saturday( Didn't mention any fees). But they didn’t tell us that if he was picked up after 11 am, they would charge us 3 dollars per hour. We wanted to pick him up at 11 am but they said we couldn’t pick him up at that time.

Again they failed to communicate that after 11 am they would charge us 3 dollars extra per hour that our dog stayed with them. Terrible service considering they are preying on customer...

I am so far extremely pleased with this pet daycare facility. My little fella missed his socialization timeframe due to Covid-19 so we are now trying to get him acclimated to being around little ones that look like him, because I swear he thinks he is human..lol...This place was our last stop for the day after looking hopelessly at other facilities. I was immediately impressed at how "happy" all the dogs were. They were truly excited to be there and playing with their friends. I knew at that very moment this would be the place I felt the most comfortable leaving my furbaby. All the staff are hands on with the dogs and are very friendly. Krystal was so gentle and patient with my baby his first day. I am so thrilled we found this Gem!!! This place...
