Target — Local services in Thornton Township

Went to the Homewood il Target yesterday. Bought some items. I shop there a few times monthly on a regular. I checked out, and before I left I had to use the washroom before I left. I took my cart to customer service where I saw 4 employees standing there talking and moving stuff. I asked them if I could leave my cart with them foe just a moment to use the washroom. Which was just 20 feet from where we were standing. They said " you could but we may not be here do it might be left alone.. Really??? The store wasn't busy and your telling me none of those 4 employees could not stay there for just a moment?? That's ridiculous.. inwas pissed. So I went tonmy car(which wasn't close by) unloaded it and came back to use it. When. I reentered, the same 4 were there in same spot doing nothing. When I came.out of the washroom they were still in same spot doing nothing. I won't shop here no more.. that's great customer service in Homewoods Target.. I'll go...

I go to this location once a week. When you enter the store, the air is stale and the pace of the store is slow. It reminds you of the last few months before a store close down permanently.

When you continue on, the staff are nice and depending on what day it is, you can find some of them smiling.

This 4 star review goes to the young lady that helped at the customer service desk. She did an outstanding job in helping me pick up an order I brought online.

If it wasn't for her, this review would been a one star because I am sick of their cashiers. You be lucky to find a cashier that can beg correctly. I brought so many big items that needed to be bag in their larger bag. The young lady said she does not like using them because it takes a while to pull off. I told her that instead of trying to put them in the regular size bag, I didn't need it bag. In my head, I am like WTF, that's your job as cashier. Lazy cashier with a bunch...

I enjoyed this Target...!!! The restrooms were clean and that is always a+…!!! I was a little frustrated when I waited in line to make a return and I felt like everyone else was taken care of and since I was NOT picking up an order in the store, It felt as if they were not paying any attention to me...! I ALSO HAVE ANOTHER COMPLAIN...! I HAD COUPONS FROM THE MRS. MEYERS DETERGENT COMPANY AND TARGET SAID THAT THEIR COMPUTER SYSTEM SAID THAT THEY COULD NOT TAKE THESE COUPONS...! THE COMPANY TOLD ME THAT I COULD USE THEM ANYWHERE THAT MRS. MEYERS DETERGENT IS SOLD...!!! ALL THEY HAD2DO WAS ENTER THE COUPON MANUALLY, AND APPLY THE COUPON TO THE DEPARTMENT IN WHICH THE COUPON WAS FROM, & APPLY THE DISCOUNT...! THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN PAID THE WHOLE AMOUNT FROM...
