Complete trash! I came back in to return a broken controller( 60 dollar controller but you guys dont test it?) I paid with my gamestop charge card and wanted the money put back on my card, since I had just bought a new one at best buy. The guy behind the register processes the return but tries to hand me cash, I told him I didnt pay in cash. And I dont want cash. He tells the young lady in charge what happened, she is young, short Hispanic girl with the side o her head shaved, and the rest is dyed like red or purple, and with her back to me says if you already processed it as cash then he has to take cash. She didnt even have the decency to turn around and say anything to me) when I say outloud excuse me? Then she turns to try and tell me well I don't know if we can put the refund on your card. Meanwhile a friend of mine who works at another gamestop is telling me on the phone, that they can do it easily. The lady tells me she has to call to verify it can be done it takes 10 seconds and she processes the return. She should have done it right the first time instead of trying to give me cash and telling me it cant be fixed cause you dont want to be bothered. I know this place gets a lot of people hocking games for cash, cause the are in need of money, but you dont get the right to assume that that's why everybody is there, tell your people to read the receipt, and tell your people in charge they dont just get to dismiss THEIR employees errors by telling me I have to eat it cause someone...

I was here last week buying a gift for a child (Pokémon cards, which I'm definitely not knowledgeable about). When I was purchasing the package (a battle deck) I asked the worker (Andrea) if I could get a gift receipt because I figured if the child that I bought it for could return or exchange it if they didnt like it. She said that the system doesn't print gift receipts well. But DID NOT say that Pokémon cards cannot be returned! A few days later (today) when I found out that I got the wrong thing , I tried to return it myself and the EXACT SAME WORKER that helped me the first time said that I couldn't return it per policy. This is some of the worst customer service ever. Why wouldn't she tell me that when I asked for a gift receipt?! (NOTE: I had a receipt and box was not open. I wasn't too impatient because I seen there were a few customers before me. 10 minutes into the wait another customer with a biker vest came in and the black gentleman completely passes us in his face to take care of the customer as if he had some sort of sexual attraction towards the other customer. I'm guessing by the patches in his head that the job was getting to him. So I'm giving 2 stars because fortunately the manager and Katie got us outta there very fast and was courteous all the way even tho it was late in the day.
