White Castle — Restaurant in Thornton Township

I went through the drive thru and specifically requested for my impossible burgers to be made a certain way. I also ordered other items for my family. As the order taker was confirming my order, he repeated my request. Got my order, pulled off and went in the bag to take a quick bite. I noticed that the burger was not made to my liking, I then looked at the 2nd burger...same thing. Usually I would just keep going and say that I'll mention it the next time. However today I was agitated because the guy repeated it my order back to me so there should not have been any reason why it was incorrect. I went back through the drive-thru and told them that my order was wrong. They said they would make another order and I could keep the other two burgers.... fine. So I'm sitting in the Drive-Thru waiting and waiting, mind you cars are piling up behind me, so they asked me to move forward. I'm still waiting, and then the gentleman comes to the window and asks did I want cheddar cheese on those.😳 SMGDH... I IMMEDIATELY ASKED FOR A COMPLETE REFUND. The wait in the drive through took about 15 minutes. I guess everyone had "the crave". I was patient, not in a hurry but then after I placed my order and was given my total, I managed to get out the exact change in coins and gave the young lady a $10 bill. My bill was $5.39, I gave her 39 cents in change along with the bill. Now, can you tell me why she proceeded to give me $4 in singles and 96 cents in change. Then she asked another young lady standing next to her and then a 3rd lady who had headphones on. I told her that I gave the young lady a quarter, 2 nickels and 4 pennies. Why was that so hard? Then when that was finally settled I was at the window to get my burgers and he asked me what kind of sauce and I told him I only have six white castles, so a potential.to get the wrong order Will not be going back...

Very Rude and disrespectful employee. The employee gave the person before me my order the lady looked in the bag and was honest enough to say its not her order the employee took it back. I pulled up and she gives me my order and I simply asked was that the same bag the lady gave back. This employee with a rose tattoo on her right hand went into a rage and slammed the drive thru door. I immediately went around to the walk in door but it was locked. So I called and the manager and she said she'd speak to her. With Covid 19 going on she could of simply just answered politely. I will no longer support this White Castle ever again and I am writing corporate for a full refund. She did this in front of my two children who did not even want the food after all that and I am proud of them for making...
