The Look — Local services in Thornton Township

I placed an order back in June 2021 for 20 pairs of shoes from this establishment at a total cost of $2000 on behalf of our organization. During our Annual Convention, to support a minority business. It took a long time to get the order and when I did we only received 12 pair. The 12 pair was not what I ordered and the owner of the store kept advising that she didn’t know when the shoes would come in. I sent several text messages to her asking for an explanation. September 21, 2021 is the last time I heard from her even though I continued to send texts that went unanswered. The last message I sent was on November 23, 2021 with no reply. As of today, March 1, 2022 I am owed 8 pairs of shoes worth $800. I have requested a refund but, she will not return my calls or texts. This is very unprofessional and I would advise anyone to not patronize this...

This my second time shopping at tThe Look and they have very nice clothes, shoes, bags, accessories, and etc. The staff is very pleasant and the owner is very pleasant and beautiful. I brought a ballon pink coat dress and every time I wear the dress I get compliments. I'll never seen anyone else in my dress. I just brought another bad dress and shoes that is stunning. The Look Is the greatest Store for fine dressers ! They carry a great selection of suits, dress slacks, hats and shoes ! Eddie the manager is very helpful to me ! I shop in the store without even being there ! Eddie knows the look, I like and notifies me as to new items ! He does businesses with a valid credit card and by mail for preferred customers !
