Extremely Disappointed with My Experience

I had a very disappointing experience while trying to schedule a spa day for myself and two family members who were visiting from out of town. I booked the appointment in advance and even confirmed the details during the phone call with the staff member. However, on the day of the appointment, I was informed that the reservation was not made correctly and they could no longer accommodate us.

To make matters worse, when I spoke with the manager to address the issue, she showed no professionalism or accountability for the mistake made by her staff. There was no genuine apology or attempt to make the situation right.

The spa is beautiful! From the jacuzzi to the sauna, and the aroma therapy showers, it is an amazing experience. The therapists are very friendly and accommodating to your needs. The facial services leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. All of the staff are very knowledgeable in their skill set and offer feedback after your appointment to keep you feeling refreshed even after the appointment. I stopped in a couple days ago to receive services purchased by a friend as a surprise gift and I was highly satisfied. I've never had a full body massage before and was a bit nervous but my masseuse Yadee kept me calm and relaxed and knew all the right spots to hit. It's felt so good I dosed off for a second lol my body has never felt so relaxed. I'll definitely be setting up my own appointment within the next couple of weeks.
