Just to let you know 1 Star is too much tonight even though the food was decent. Whew, this was the worst experience I've ever had in my life at a food establishment. Michael the Manager needs soft skills and more public relations training, maybe he's just used to being a kitchen manager, because his FOH mannerism, seems prejudice, belittling, impatient, dismissive, cold, and he does not possess the people skills to handle a customer complaint. I ordered my food at 8:17pm and it was supposed to be delivered. I was told by Quey (may be spelling his name incorrectly) that my food would take 10-15 minutes. I ordered Winner's Lo mein spicy no chicken, extra sauce. Kashawn had came over to Pokr Rm and was taking orders, three players wanted to order, so I thought, why not run over and place order before the orders are bombarded. When Kashawn came back with everyone's order, then came back again with another table, I was thinking like how is it they got their orders when mine went in first. There were five total orders that were brought to Pkr Rm and mine never got delivered. I go to the desk, very calmly and ask for the Manager, Kashawn politely says ok, goes to the back and says one moment. I wait about 7-8 minutes and then Quey comes to the desk, and ask what's wrong, I said I never received my food and I asked for a Manager, I just want to speak to a Manager. After a few minutes more Quey comes back to desk with what seems to be my order, and says it was here all along and handed it to me. At this point the food is sitting 40 minutes+, I asked again for Manager. Michael, finally comes out, I explain to him what happened, he seemed stressed out, distant, very rushed tone, I advised him I want my food made over, he said ok it'll be a few minutes, he offered me a spring roll, I advised him, I don't eat those and if I wanted that I would've ordered that, he pushed the spring roll a few more times and then went to offering a salad. I've never went to Asian restaurant in my life and ordered a salad, he says that's the only thing he can offer. I then asked for contact info, a card, # or email to whom he reports to or Food Beverage Director, he said he doesn't have that information very dismissive. I asked to hold on to the old food while he made the new order because I didn't want the old order thrown in a wok, reheated. I asked again for a superior contact and nothing. The food comes out and the order is wrong, its just shrimp lo mein and its not spicy, Quoy put my order in POS correctly the first time, I repeated my order to Michael and it was still made wrong. So now I have to wait more, I asked Michael what can he do to make this better, he said I can give you spring roll on a coke. WowđĄđ§ the entire situation was bazaar, he needs to stay BOH if thats the way he think is best to handle a situation like this. I would love for his superior or the Food & Beverage Director to reach out to me. As good as your food is, its expensive for the portion size, I can get Lo Mein anywhere for $14-17 and have double the quantity and same quality, but I wanted to enjoy myself tonight, hadn't been there in a while. The time it took for me to go back to Ivory Noodle Bar and deal with a Manager that spoke to me like I was an idiot took away from gamin experience and my night all together I would never spend another dime there, you treat people with dignity and respect and that was so far from what I received tonight. Quoy and Keshawn were very nice, bubbly and welcoming attitude, Michael is not the person you want to deal customers. Please contact me, thank you kindly. Pictured below is my LoMein made the 3rd time and the complimentary coke I didnt want that...

Read moreThe first time I dined in and the Winner's fried rice was cooked and seasoned very well. So well that I decided to get some on the way out and when I got home, I was shockedat how different it tasted from before. It was underseasoned, lacked protein although it supposed to have chicken, shrimp and beef, and it was not cooked very well. For $20, the portion size was small but at least what lacked in quantity could have been made up...
