I ate breakfast her Wed, Thurs, and Fri of last week, 2 of the 3 times my power sandwich came on different bread, and had tomato's that are not listed on the menu. When I mentioned it to the women manager (I didn't grab her name) she said sorry; no offer to remake the sandwich or anything else. Today, I had the Thai Garden Chicken broth bowl, it had very little broth, a few pieces of broccoli, and no Napa Cabbage in it. When I asked Greg (I think he was the manager on duty) he just looked at me, Gary behind the counter said I see carrots in there, then opened the refrigerator and put cold coleslaw cabbage in a cup, put it on the counter and walked away. Again, no offer to remake the dish (this was more like a half order size portion, which was not worth the $8.99 I paid for it. In addition, while I was standing waiting for my order, Greg, was checking the orders as they came up to make sure they were correct, before he put them on the take and go shelf. Two people came back to the counter with incorrect orders that needed to be corrected. What is going on with this location? Each day I have been there, (3 days last week, and 3 this week) there are different managers on duty, there is no sense of urgency or accuracy! I have often visited the Orland Park location and I have never had any problems. I live in Homewood, which is why I prefer to visit this location, but I will be honest...IT IS A HOT MESS! The receipt states: "ACCURACY MATTERS, your order should be correct every time. If it's not, we'll fix it right away, and give you a free treat for your trouble. Just let an associate know." Which I did on 2...
Read moreBetter Service is Needed ASAP! I was thrilled about the new location with its bright and alluring decor, in addition to what seemed like a new, impressively trained staff. Well, good things come to an end. For 3 consecutive days, my online orders were not fulfilled because the cafe did not have items in stock, causing me to contact corporate office to complain about Panera being the only restaurant which processes online orders with payments, only to not have the product when the customer arrives. This sounds illegal. Well, today, I tried to forgive and use credits applied to my account by sending my husband in to make a live order. The young man who took the order insisted on telling my husband that he could not have sandwiches cut in half, although we have ordered this request online too many times to count. That is not the big deal. What I did not like, as I was on the phone with my husband, is that the kid insisted that the item must not have been the same as what we have ordered in the past. Be quiet and process the order. The manager came out and gave the correct information but in the end the order was still incorrect. We give up and will visit other Panera locations or other...
Read moreI would have scored them a zero but the customer service skills displayed when resolving the problem was great. I was hesitant even coming to this location because there is always a problem every time I use the drive thru. This time after ordering with Mason (whom was very polite) I literally sat in the drive thru stuck between 2 cars for 10 mins before the vehicle at the window was asked to move to a number parking spot. The next person pulled up and out in less than 2 mins. Then my turn…. I paid at 4:45 pm (per receipt) by 5:05 I had to knock on the window and ask for the manager. The “Team Lead” had an attitude when I asked for the manager not the team lead. He replied while closing the window, “It’s the same thing but ok..” Lucky for him the manager Tiffany was very apologetic, taking accountability, as well as informing me she’s short staffed. Tiffany prepared my order in less than 3 mins and I was on my way. Very long story short. Don’t visit this location if you’re not going inside, or if you expect normal drive thru turn...
