New management and New employees at this location ASAP. I will never come back to this KFC ever again and I advise anyone else to not go to this location as well until they get their standards correct when it comes to running a business. I ordered from the drive thru around 6ishh Saturday and at first it seemed okay until you received the food. Let me just say the quality of the food is disgusting and well over the food temperature into the danger zone. It's like they had the Chicken strips over 4 hours in the food warmer they were so dried and old. The fries were just as stale and old as if they had been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. None of the food was fresh at all. After all of that I decided to go inside and spoke with one of the employees to get fresh food and I asked to speak to the manager about the situation, while the manager was standing right behind her and guess what?? They weren't busy at all it was dead as ever and No acknowledgement from the manager, she just walked away and the two employees working with the manager started smirking and laughing (mariah is one of them) I didn't get the other employee name or the managers name which was a woman. I don't think any of this is funny because that is a serious health hazard to customers that purchase food from them who can be sick from the bacteria that it can cause from the food that's been sitting in the warmer for so long. Foodborne illness is very serious they didn't throw any of the bad chicken away or fries nothing was fresh and as you can see in the pictures below you can definitely tell the difference. Customers before and after me the food was served horribly. Your manager could have spoken to me about the situation and apologized or gave me eye contact.. something but no she didn't care at all just handed me the food as if that was going to fix the issue. If your staff does not care about the food they serve or how they take care of their customers than this is not the establishment for them because if I would of got sick eating this food without complaining or even a secret shopper I would immediately shut this place down and call the health department. Fix it or don't this place already has a lot of bad reviews I'm surprised it's still open.Your chicken should always look fresh and tasty....
Read moreI wish I could give it no stars. I've never been anywhere soo slow to give you your food. I ordered hot wings the lady said there would be a ten minute wait. I decided that ten minutes was fine. I knew they would have no hot wings because they never do. She seemed to have an attitude because I decided to wait. I proceed to the window and pay for my food. I was then told to pull up to the door and someone would bring out my food. I literally sat there waiting for food for 25 minutes. Obviously I was upset at this point. An employee finally brongs the food out. We get ready to pull off and someone in my car says check your food. I check my food to find a box full of buscuits. I go inside to get my food. They ignore my sister and I for at least five minutes and I start to complain and some guy says I think you have customers. The girl walks up and I tell her the problem. This girl has a way better attitude than the last. She takes the biscuits and go get my wings. She hands me my food with no apology. At this point they are no disrespectful. You've wasted soo much of my time for something that should've been ten minutes. I ask for the manager. She says he is busy doing something in the back. So at this point I know the staff is not properly trained. I say ok I would still like to talk to the manager. She goes back to get him. He comes up to the front. I knew I wasn't going to get anywhere because he looked younger than me. Any way I tell the story of my horrible visit to his establishment. He is looking off into the air and he turns his head to the side to check out the drive thru. He makes no eye contact with me at all as Im telling him the story. When I'm done talking he looks at me and says did the fix the problem. I replied yes they did and he says ok. I asked him is that all i get, not even an apology. He says sorry and looks off again. I just left and I will never go back to this location again. They are only two minutes from where I live. Now I will just have to go to the one down 183rd. I don't know who owns the place but they should clean house of those workers and get a better plan to run that place especially with the new...
Read moreIt is never a delivery driver's job to prepare drinks. Ever. This is one of those restaurants that still hands us the cups expecting us to do their jobs and for free. When I told him it wasn't my job, he said that there are only two people working here and I said that is not my problem and that doesn't make it my job. He then told me that I will have to wait a little longer then. I said that's fine. I came here to wait for the order to be prepared if there is a wait so that I can deliver it and that's what I'm here to do.
The manager should instruct their employees better and help them to understand it is NEVER our job to do the drinks. Again, we come here to do our job and not your job.
Editing this to add what that boy did after I told him I would not do his job. He prepared the food and handed me the food but would not complete the drinks. He went on to start completing other orders because he wanted to have a power struggle. I was not going to let him make me wait an exceptional long time just because he had a point he wanted to prove. So, I took the food that he gave me and left. For the record, when this happened before in the past, I called Uber and I told Uber that the restaurant would not prepare the drinks, that they expected me to prepare the drinks when it's not my job and Uber told me to just deliver the food without the drinks and that is what I did today.
For the sake of the customers, the restaurant should be willing to do their jobs and not create a hassle.
I'm not letting an immature boy intentionally waste my time.
Let it be understood once and for all that even though a customer would fulfill their own drink, that does not mean it's a delivery driver's job to fulfill a customer's drink. Food preparation and drink preparation is not the responsibility of a delivery driver. Our job is to pick up the food and drink(s) and deliver them. It is always the restaurants job to prepare the food and drinks except in the case that the customer prepares the drink.
