Horrible and by far the worst experiance at a BWW ever, yet also some great employees who stood out! This day when arriving at 6:30pm, there were many patrons waiting to be seated. It was about 40 mins for us to be seated. Many servers move slow and do not seem to pre-bus or clean the floor in the main dining room. The bar area had one bartender and she was covering 6 tables and the bar well. The area was clean and acceptable. It was explained they were low staffed however that is an understatement. The lone asst. manager Mike B was trying to run the front, answer phones and To-Go, bussing, and also expo. Many servers were observed returning to the kitchen without anything in hand while the entire dining room required tables cleaned. I have included pictures of 12 tables needing cleared to catch up. Hats off to our server who was supposed to leave at 4 but still here and I heard her volunteer to take two tables that just got sat, one of them ours. Other servers move as if swimming in molasses! Continuing, I heard from another table they had been sitting for 45 mins without food and never saw tables cleaned. Seriously this place was self destructing. Still the lone, asst. manager was trying to keep up with 5 jobs and even was taking orders from tables however no one person could ever hope to do well. Respect for him not giving up and taking the much flack from current tables upset at the food wait. We witnessed over 10 people leave before being seated due to the lengthy delays. The GM of this location and the regional manager need to be held accountable. Other reviews reveal this is a repetitive situation at this location. Our server was Shay and she was great in dealing with all the circumstances. She was only supposed to work till 4pm but was still "volunteering" to take tables at 9pm. Hats off to her, a wonderful team player. Taking these constantly upset tables takes true server grit, shows excellent teamwork, and should be commended or promoted. The kitchen took about 40 mins for orders of fried chicken and boneless wings. Real slow for fried food. The asst. manager should also be commended and recognized for continuing to hold down 5 positions at once, and still with a smile. I feel the issue is with the upper management and corporate over how this place is allowed to run at such low levels. It is to the point where good employees are faced with insurmountable work requirements due to others dereliction of duties and responsibility!

Not sure where to begin, this review is a cumulative of 5-6 visits. Of those visits my order was written down correctly. 4 times my order were - entered correctly and brought out incorrectly -entered incorrectly. Almost every time my order is received incorrectly I would be charged for sauces I ordered on the side (no problem with being charged for what I order). However, I wouldn’t get the sauces or even the correct sauces. I couldn’t find someone to even correct my order because of the staffing. **staff is very nice, but it’s quite clear they’re understaffed. I have asked for them to be correct the charges and they don’t. They bring bag my charged card/reciept without the correction. I’m not expecting top tier services or anything it’s Buffalo Wild Wings, however I feel orders should be correct. Also… I got plastic forks when dining in. No real silverware now?

BWW all around are taking a turn for the worse. This is the second one in the area with a bad experience, first being in Orland. Came to this location this past weekend and ordered online. My food was not ready on time. It took an additional 15 minutes, which would be okay if the food were at least hot! The order was wrong but I did not even fight it because the employees wouldn’t even exchange my fountain drink. When you order online it doesn’t show the drink you ordered and on the BWW end it comes up with a flavor (which I didn’t pick) but since I had no proof I had no choice but to take a drink I didn’t want. Are things really that bad that you couldn’t switch my drink? Ridiculous. The only thing they got right were the wing flavors and charging the card. I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.

I was very disappointed with this location. I get that a lot of businesses are short handed, it's a common theme still because of covid. But this was a whole different level of awful service.

Half of the restaurant was closed down. Makes sence when you only have 2 servers. Seating was at every other booth, so about 8 tables open.

It took our waitress 30 mins to get our drink order after sitting down. The bar was closed at 8pm on a Saturday night... guess they don't wanna make any money. Only 1 drink was brought to us at a time. We ordered food before our pop showed up as well.

Everyone got wings except 1 person, they got a burger. Our wings came out, for 1 person at a time again. After the wings were delivered, THEN our waitress tell my friend the grill was turned off so she won't get her burger, she needed to order wings. 20 mins later, we ask for her wings, the waitress goes and checks, and all the sudden the grill is back on, and they are bringing her burger shortly.

We all eat our wings, and when we are done, the burger still isn't out.... showed up about 10 mins after the other finished eating. Then we ask for boxes, and we get 1 box at a time.

I think the biggest problem was our waitress. She could not multitask at all. And would disappear and bring 1 item at time, and I dont think she was talking to the people in the back.

We had to request to speak to the manager 3 times before he would come out to talk to us. I really don't think she was even asking him to come out. We were the last of 2 tables in there. He confirmed how they turned the grill off for the night about when we arrived around 8pm, the waitress didn't know, and he acknowledged that the burger was brought out after everyone else received their food and other tables had left. He didn't deny the poor communication nor poor service. He apologized and agreed to give our friend a discount on her burger. So she got a bill for $3.69 for her 1 Pepsi of the night, since the waitress never showed up with any refills.

We were there pass the time they closed. 5 people came out of that kitchen, and I guess they needed all 5 to make wings for the 8 tables and not help out or communicate with the waitress... the only reason they got 1 star, was because the food tasted like all the other BWWs I've been to. Wings are wings and sauce is premade.

Do not recommend and will not...

This place is so poorly run, I can't understand how they stay in business. The place was very busy because of the fifth game of the Cubs versus the Nationals, but that is no excuse for the way we were treated.

Let's start with when we first walked in the door, we were seated right away by the hostess, and a person clearing off a table said I'll be right with you. After almost 30 minutes, we asked the Hostess who seated us where our waitress was. After another 5 minutes a man came and took our drink order, so it was very confusing from the beginning.

After he took our drink order it was another 15 minutes before he stopped by to ask us what we wanted, we ordered an appetizer and then he disappeared. After another 20 minutes the first girl who said I'll be right with you when we were first seated came with our appetizer then right away she took our order. I caught her attention after a few minutes and said I wanted to get some celery sticks and carrot sticks added to my wings and side dish. After 10 to 15 minutes from taking our order she stopped by our table and asked what I had ordered because she couldn't remember, I thought she couldn't remember the additional carrots and celery sticks, but when our food finally came after a very long time (more than 20 to 25 minutes) you guessed it... all I got for my dinner was celery and carrot sticks!

The guy who brought our food asked me 'you didn't just order celery and carrot sticks, did you?' I said no I had an order of wings and a side dish of mac and cheese, so he got it to me with under five minutes which was great.

But then when it came time to receive our bill he had told us that we weren't going to be charged for my dinner or for some ice cream we ordered for dessert, but it was on the invoice when he gave it to me so he had to go back and take it off.

The food was decent, but the way that we were treated like we didn't even exist, was something I had never experienced before.

I doubt if we will be back to this location and if I want to go someplace and watch a game special, it certainly won't be at...
