Will be taking my business elsewhere, which is sad as I order there regularly. Ordered a pizza last week, wasnât remotely correct on the pizza and we ended up not eating the pizza. I called the store talked manager, they acknowledged they got it wrong and wanted to make it right, so the manager on shift told me and I quote âwe will refund that pizza and Iâm going to credit you another pizza on your next order for our mistake, just make sure you call in and reference the phone number on this order and youâll get a pizza on usâ. I thought what great customer service especially in todays world. Fast forward I call in less than a week later to order a pizza and use the credit I was offered and they said they had no record of a credit and I received a refund so they wouldnât honor the credit. I explained the situation in detail (to Nick) and long story short what I was told they werenât going to honor credit (all but calling me a liar as they wouldnât offer that) and even if the shift manager offered it he wouldnât do anything about it because thatâs not their policy. So they basically wonât honor their word. Nick who claimed to be the overall store manager didnât seem to care that he would lose a customer moving forward over them not honoring their word and what they offered me for their prior screw up.    Read moreI called to place a to go order and manager Mark answered the phone. I tried 3 times to give him my order before I finally relented and answered his irrelevant question. "Carry out or delivery?" he badgered me. After finally completing the order process he quoted me 25 minutes. I asked him if he was serious and he laughed loudly and hung up the phone. I showed up in 17 minutes. Who could be at the front but manager Mark? I asked him if my pizza got a little pizza table. I admittedly completely ignored what he said as my eyes were irrevocably glued to an employee at the rear of the store sliding down the hallway on his stomach like a penguin. That's when manager Mark decided to have an attitude because ignored him. Mark walked away and I watched another employee attempt to flip their water bottle onto a high shelf. They missed and the water bottle exploded, spilling all over onto the pizza and floor below. I bet that penguin looking creep got real excited at the sight of it. Thankfully it wasn't my pizza. I raised my voice at manager Mark to not forget my pizza table. This is highly unacceptable this is how our pizza was delivered iced cold and looked like it was tossed out of frustration from an employee and oh yeah over two hours late. My wife ordered our pizza at a decent time 7:56p after being told via email it could take 60 mins for delivery which is fine and I understand with it being a weekend we might have to wait a bit but two hours?? There was no communication to let us know there were running late or there was a mixup it wasnât until I called to see what was going on. When I called it was still confusion on what was going on by this time itâs 9:30P 30 minutes before they close. The driver still didnât make it to our door I had to track him down in our parking lot before he took it to the wrong place. Mind you Iâm dealing with a cold not feeling good and itâs 18 degrees outside and thatâs the last place I wanna be at. I wouldnât have been as mad if 1 they called to reassure that it was coming to the right place after two hours and when they still couldnât find it, there was still no call??
