If you're looking for the best pho in Colorado, look no further! This family-owned gem has been my partner and I's go-to spot for years. At least, their Lafayette location was. But after moving, it became a little bit of a drive—so we were beyond thrilled when they opened another location in Thornton.

Their pho has made it difficult to enjoy other restaurants' pho; no other place even comes close. The broth is flavorful and perfectly balanced, and the portions are generous. Their egg rolls are 10/10. This place has truly spoiled us.

Beyond the amazing food, the service is always fast, friendly, and efficient. No matter how busy they get, they never sacrifice quality or hospitality.

My new found best place for Pho. Ever since my favorite place to get pho went out of business I've been trying all over to find another placed that I like. After trying many pho places in Lafayette, Westminster, Broomfield, I found this little place and it's been the best so far.

The pho broth is fantastic. Clear, not overcooked, plenty of "flavor bubbles", and you can taste the star anise just so slightly. It's very pleasant to eat.

The veggies that come out are always fresh.

The service is always on top of your refills and anything else you may need. They even offer to pack your soup for you to go.

It's a family owned restaurant and they do a great job.
