Why do you guys hate your customers so much? Is there nothing else to do during your shift other than make the orders that come through? Honestly. Speaking to night shift mainly because so far you guys are the ones that can really SCREW UP this hard.. Every .. Single .. Order . Is wrong . Wrong items , not customized properly even if you say it directly at the speaker at the drive thru. Missing items EVERY SINGLE TIME! Is it that hard to take the receipt that’s printed and read the letters and words given to you by the machine and app to tell you what to do?? Honestly . I know work sucks for people who can’t be adults and treat it like it means nothing but being lazy and ultimately being a jerk doesn’t help anything or make your work day easier. This location has charged me $40 extra for absolutely nothing at one point (I had an $80 order because I was mischarged for items I either DID NOT ASK FOR / was double charged for / customized items I actually did order and employees STILL had the nerve to get the items that actually came in the order wrong which basically resulted in (again) $40 in missing items / items they added in that I either didn’t ask for / got double charged for as well as customized items that they clearly just didn’t want to make and gave to me regular then refused to give me a full refund for the hours of inconvenience it caused . The god awful attitude these employees have, along with consistent missing items when ordering delivery (even if it’s straight from the Taco Bell app) the employees are clearly very high and spaced out when you order at the drive thru which I can even excuse but when you combine that with not giving a damn about customers or their orders, especially on multiple occasions , I start to wonder why the manager of this location can’t find decent staff. This is the closest location to my home unfortunately and I’m so severely disappointed every single time I order no matter if it’s delivery , drive thru, or eating in. My entire family has debated on escalating to social media to expose this specific location for the god awful things they decide to do simply because the employees are lazy and ultimately don’t deserve an hourly position. If you’re gonna work , WORK! If you’re gonna be miserable and take it out on others, especially as a group, get therapy! This location has pulled the last straw for me and I’m done. Do better or hire people who actually care atleast 5% and can manage emotional control and hold off on smoking a blunt until work is over. Why pay people who make other so unhappy? Read moreTwo experiences to share. One: I work UberEats late at night. I arrived at this location to pick up two orders at 12:15am. The line was long with around 7 or 8 other cars, but I figured it wouldn’t take that long. On the contrary, it took a solid hour to make my way to the front. At no point was I given any indication by any employee to leave the line. Though 1am had come and gone based on the progression of the line I was placed under the impression that those of us who had been waiting 30 minutes plus would still be given service and that our patience would be honored. When I got through the wait I was completely and blatantly ignored by the staff as the restaurant had closed at 1am and I didn’t get up there until 1:15am. Never mind the fact that I could clearly see my customer’s orders fully prepared and waiting on the counter just behind the service window. Any attempts I made to alert the staff to my presence/purpose were utterly in vein as the slow shuffling and downtrodden overworked and underpaid reprobates could not be bothered to pay me any mind as the troubles of my job were of little concern to them. I’m not certain what all goes into processing an ubereats pickup for an already prepared and waiting order, but I highly doubt it would have taken much more than acknowledging my presence, opening the window and handing me the awaited items. Instead I was completely ignored and given no consideration at all. I had to cancel the order and wasted an hour of my time on this catastrophe. Service is dreadfully unprofessional and frankly rude as all hell. Second experience: I ordered the new Chicken Sandwich taco and it was totally underwhelming. Nothing but dough and dry chicken, probably mishandled and illy prepared by the staff. No bigger than three of my fingers and they forgot any kind of sauce or topping it may or may not have come with. The first story is far more damning than this one, but hot damn if it wasn’t the worst fast food chicken sandwich I’d ever had the misfortune of consuming. Read moreOn July 21 of 2023 I stop by this location place to order at the drive-through around 6:50 PM. At the time there is only one other car in front of me at the drive-through when I got to the window to pay for my order with my debit card, the cashier did not give me my card back. I didn’t realize until I got to my house which is about five or seven minutes away from this location that my card was not in the bag nor was the receipt. So I am mediately drove back to the restaurant and went inside and asked for my card back. The cashier at the drive-through immediately brought it over with a receipt wrapped around it. I called assistant manager after I left the restaurant and informed her I thought that was very suspicious that she did not give me my car back seeing how I was the only car at the drive-through at the time I paid. She stated employees should be giving the cards back immediately after they process it at the window. The following day my bank, suspended my card due to fraudulent attempted activities from 7-Eleven up in North by this location in Northglenn. Three weeks later I received my bank statement and it showed my card was runn two times at the restaurant within three minutes apart , so she fraudulently ran my card after I left the restaurant again! I did a review from the receipt letting them know about what happened the following day and demanded somebody to contact me which nobody still hasn’t! I’ve also tried calling customer service multiple times to speak to somebody about this over the last couple weeks and I’ve been left on hold multiple times for more than 25 minutes at a time.
