Quiznos — Restaurant in Thornton

Walked in and the guy behind the counter was taking care of a guest cashed her out and kept gloves on. I had to ask yoong to wash his hands and glove up to handle my order. The lobby area was a mess but he was alone so we overlooked it and decided to dine in. When yoong rang us up he was overcharging us I asked what the extra charges were for and he had a hard time explaining we then told him to take off the drinks and chips and do not make our orders a meal if you are going to tack on extra charges for a meal. Yoongs ability to handle a restaurant need to be improved especially with cleanliness. I hope corporate sees this and advises the franchise owner. Oh and I forgot he grabbed a dirty rag with the gloves on and then wanted to garnish my sandwich so I had to tell yoong who I just found out is the franchise owner to wash his hands AGAIN and glove...

I love Quiznos. It's fantastic. I used to work at one for about 4 years actually, so I understand it's not the easiest job at times and it can certainly be a difficult franchise to keep up and running, especially with corporate being the way they are.. And a lot of the negative reviews seem to be for pretty silly reasons. I mean, if you want your sub not to be soggy when delivered and you don't eat it right away, order the sauce on the side. That's just common sense 🙄 Otherwise, I've been here a couple times now and still great as always, friendly and super helpful when needed. It's the closest Quiznos to me these days and it's great comfort food, as always....

THE OWNER STEALS THE CREDIT CARD TIPS! A nice girl was busting her butt by herself making sandwiches doing a fantastic job and the group in front of me left her a $13 credit card tip for all her effort. The man who left the tip said "I bet this is the biggest tip you'll get all day"! She then proceeded to tell him that she never receives the credit card tips on her pay the owner keeps them all! I told her to put a sign out saying cash tips only she said she did once and the owner saw it and yelled at her for that. This girl is the best sandwich maker I've ever seen! It's a tragedy that this hideous, greedy owner...
