Looking for a late night meal and Taco Star was the recommended spot. We pulled up around 12:15 am on a Saturday night and low and behold there was a line of cars 15 deep. We decided to park and order at front of house. Looking over the menu they had a lot of options on par to most late night Mexican spots. Decided to go with Carne Asada quesadilla and a few other options to make my tummy happy. “The kid” and I mean young teenager, Took our order and asked if it was cash or card. We gave him a card and waited, waited, waited. A line of people started to queue behind us as we were waiting for my receipt and credit card. 10 minutes pass no one in line has ordered since us. Pop my head in the window and ask where is my credit card. The teenager looks confused and walked away from me saying nothing. Peek my head in the door and asked to see the manager. This is what happened, my card was given to a driver in the drive-through line! Taco Star Gave my credit card to someone else. Clearly this is not optimal business performance. After apologies were made and my food was ready. I demanded my $30 back for the meal, and the manager had to discuss this with other employees before any decision was made, again not particularly smart business practice. Luckily my wife went back to the car contacted our card provider canceled and reported our card stolen. The manager of taco star did refund me $30 in cash. Overall the food was about 2.5 stars of the experience was -2.5 stars. So that evens out at zero. Thanks for listening needless to say I will not be returning to this location or Taco Star’s anytime soon.

I normally have great service here I don't understand why the cook would do this. They weren't even busy when I placed my order or after I received my order this makes no sense. I ordered a breakfast burrito with chorizo it supposed to come with eggs, cheese, potatoes and the chorizo. Instead they made me a chorizo burrito nothing else in it just chorizo that very upsetting I won't be eating here again. I was very polite asked how there night was? I was the only customer at the time. I had to leave immediately after I got my order I didn't even return to talk to them about what they did. I'm just not gonna bring my hard earned money here for breakfast or anything this has ruined the taco star experience for me.

Placed an order to this place through uber eats, as I cannot eat dairy I order my chimichanga without sour cream. When I received my order it did not have sour cream so I attempted to contact the store. They need to seriously look into their staff they hire for late night because the gentleman that I spoke to on the phone did not speak English and kept thinking I was trying to place another order. When I asked to speak to someone else he replied "chinga tu madre" and hung up on me. Unfortunately for him he chose to cuss out someone that speaks Spanish and understood what he was saying.

I have been here maybe a dozen times and never had an issue until yesterday afternoon. I was picking up some lunch before I had to go back to work. A spicy chicken chimichanga meal. I picked it up and went back to work. I started to eat and noticed it was not chicken. It was some beef stuff with onions and peppers.

I called them immediately and told them what I had was not what I ordered. The lady there apologized. I told her I could not come back as I was at work but I could come by when I get off. After midnight. She took my name and the time I would be back so she can issue me a refund.

I come back after midnight and go to the window. This little boy comes up and asks what do I want. I told him I am coming back for my refund after an order mix up earlier in the day. He says "No." I asked him what does he mean "No". The lady from earlier took my name and time I will be back. She also said I will get a refund.

He asks me what did I order. I tell him and then he slams the sliding door in my face. I tried to ask him what was he doing but he ignored me. He comes back to the door about 10 minutes later and hands me a bag with food. I said, "No, I am not hungry. I was told I will get a refund." It wasn't like I will never be back to Taco Star after that, but wrong is wrong.

I told him to check to see if she left any messages. He said "No." Then I asked who was the lady manager who worked this afternoon. He said "I don't know. I don't know who works here." , then slammed the door in my face again and walked away. This boy was extremely rude and talked to me as if I was lying.

I will call and ask for a manager again in the morning and hopefully she gets this worked out. And after it is worked out, I will never come to this location again. He had a...

If your food is burnt or not to your satisfaction, TOUGH, deal with it. No such thing as satisfaction or your money back here at the Taco Star, not even if you bring it back uneaten.

I eat here late night all the time, but today I got a taco and a side of rice for my fiance- I wanted to introduce him to my new favorite taco shop after he worked hard labor all day, but what I got was a taco with burnt beef and a whole lot of attitude.

When I brought it back, half of it bit off and SPIT BACK into the wrapper, the lady at the window would not return my money, denied it was burnt and tried to explain a taco to me and when I started to get upset she claimed, "You already ate like half of it so I can give you like a dollar, thats it." I told her no it was my fiance who tried it and then spit it back out there." And she just shook her head. I said, "Fine, then just give me my dollar and the rice back. But I think it's absolutely ridiculous that I gave you the taco back and you're not giving me my money so whatever just give me the rice and dollar." And she said, "Ok, I'm gonna give you your stuff back but you need to calm down, LADY." Then she slammed the window shut.

So don't voice your frustrations over these employees or their incompetence or you will be met with attitude- not an ounce of professionalism. But what would you expect from the mindless window wench and the clown crew at Taco Star? Apparently I expected too much.

I never return food and if I do, it's really bad and I expect a refund- especially when I didn't eat it! Since when does ANY restaurant not refund a customer who BRINGS THEIR FOOD BACK UNEATEN?! Too bad they won't be getting my money anymore over a $2.50 taco. Cuz I bought a taco a day, I swear....

I love the food here. It always tastes amazing. But not one time have they ever got my order right. And its not just me. Everyone i know that has ate here says the same thing. They cant get an order right to save there life. I like to get a green, smoothed burrito, sometimes carne asada, sometimes shredded chicken. With beans and rice on the side, with a side of sour cream and guacamole. I've got a burrito, not smoothered with green sauce, with guacamole and sour cream mixed all in my rice, I've got a smothered burrito with the beans and rice inside instead of on the side. But for some reason rather I speak Spanish to them or not if my friend orders it, they can't give me what I order, a smothered burrito with the beans and rice on the side and a side of sour cream and guac. Really not that hard. It's a shame and such a hassle because like I said there food is good. They just need better employees. I live fairly close so I have went here a lot just hoping that one time just one time they will get it right. I'm always so upset when I leave there. I really don't get it. It's not a difficult order. In fact it's on the menu. Im affraid to order anything else for fear of what they might give me. So please please please taco star get better employees, ones that r bi lingual and have better customer service skills. I might add that I've only gone there for dinner, after 5pm, 7pm. Maybe the day crew is better but we really need to fire the night crew and get better people in here. Oh and heaven forbid u order through uber eats. U wont get anything close to what u ordered and its too expensive for your order to be wrong. Very...
