Dejaun Jewelers — Local services in Thousand Oaks

I am using a friend's phone to post this review, and due to this it has posted his name instead ofine. My name is Leslie Denoff, and I took my treasured antique Bulova Accutron watch to Dejaun back when the shop was still in the Ralph's shopping center on Thousand Oaks Blvd. The watch had been in storage for over 17 years and required a new battery and cleaning. After leaving my watch with them in 2015, I became very ill and that, in combination with other issues made it impossible for me to pick up the watch until a few weeks ago, long after the store had moved to it's current location. They took good care of my watch and when I went to collect it, they did not charge me for keeping it for nearly three years, despite the hassle of making sure it was safe. I did keep in contact with them during the time they had the watch, but that does not detract from the good care and Grace they showed in taking care of the item. My father bought the watch for me for my 30th birthday in 1990, and it has huge sentimental value to me, particularly since my beloved father passed away a few years ago. I want to applaud Dejaun on their amazing customer service, in an age where that concept is rarely exhibited, and simple common courtesy has flown on the wind in most instances. Thank you,...

Jack is by far the best owner/salesman/friend to have in the high-caliber watch market. I highly recommend Dejuan Jewelers for your purchases of an Omega watch. Google ISNT cooperating, so added another photo. The Omega Speedmaster Skywalker Solar Impulse X-33 was purchased on 15 March 2021, my newest addition, 14 August 2021, is an Apollo XVII 40th Anniversary. I actually went to Dejaun Jewelers in Thousand Oaks to have the bracelet for my old Omega Seamaster resized, which the gentleman working at the counter helped me with for a very reasonable fee.

Silly me, I went home to discover the I asked for a few too many of my watch bracelet links to be removed. I sheepishly went back there today to have a link put back in the watch band and the same gentleman assisted with it again and did so free of charge!
