Spencer's — Local services in Thousand Oaks

Went to the store and saw a mug for $14.99 and was gonna purchase it but when the sales associate said that the total was more than $20 i asked her why it was so much? Because it was the price tag for $14.99 but she said that on the system it shows for $19.99 and I even told her that there were more mugs of the same design with the same price tag and she asked me if I still wanted to take it for that price. I said no but she didn’t even tried to apologize or respect the price tag or something else but instead she said ok and bye. She preferred to lose a sale. This is an example of false advertising. I’m showing her the error on the price tag but she just said bye and left it like that, she didn’t even cared. I don’t know if any other customer before me had the same issue. I didn’t made a big deal about it because I work in customer service and it happened to me too (a wrong price tag) but i try to solve the problem not just leaving...

I love the store. I also appreciate that they let me hang out when it's too cold to be outside when I have to wait for the bus for school. They have a lot of items for everyone. It's sort of like for the Rock and roller and geek boi all rolled into one. It is fun to hang out there and they're really friendly. So many Deadpool stuff. I love it. They also have these Rock t-shirts and they have all kinds of things for any kind of party you're having. They're great on Halloween and their Christmas items are amazing. I truly love their fortnite items. I'm hoping that they'll soon start getting some my hero Academia stuff but considering that's a kids show; I doubt it. Still I love the Rick and Morty stuff and horror movie...

I haven't caught the employees names, but I come here VERY VERY often, and can recognize the employees if I see them. Every time we come here it's always a pleasure. Your employees are always so funny and polite. They always ask if I need help and they always have funny conversations. I wish I could catch their names because I love them all so much :) I only really go for septum piercings and random junk but hey impulse...
