I met an amazing woman named Gina/Jeana/Geana (I’m sorry I forgot how you spell your name 😭) who was quite literally so kind and caring towards me that she healed the foundation of my soul. I was really stressed and looking for pants to wear to a new office job, honestly I was shedding tears. I came in right before closing intending just to take a peak around before coming back the next day, but Gina ushered me inside while constantly affirming me that I was no trouble, she was happy to help me, and that she enjoys her job so much that letting me peruse after closing brought her joy. She gave me the freedom to take a look around and also went and hunted down some pants for me to try. When I got overwhelmed and stressed, she helped me without judgement and even helped me jerryrig a pair of pants to make them fit me just right. She was so sweet about it: she asked my consent before getting up close and personal with my pants, she was gentle and made quite sure she wasn’t going to poke or pinch me, and she taught me how to recreate her masterpiece effectively and patiently. Gina showed me that there are good people in this world and that maybe malls aren’t as bad as I had previously thought. I’ve honestly never met a saleswoman so kind and caring; Gina is absolutely overflowing with genuine love for others. The warmth and sensitivity she gave to me helped to heal some of my old wounds… not anything I could have ever anticipated by walking into her store that day. I am so blessed to have met her, and I hope I see her again...

Phenomenal customer experience - Rihanna is simply the BEST! I was in the store shopping recently and heard about their flexible return policy so I came back a few days later to return a dress I had purchased about 1 year ago. It was still unworn with the tags attached but I didn't have the receipt for it any longer. I was originally told this shouldn't be an issue, but when I came back in the store, I learned that a receipt or a phone number attached to the purchase is a requirement to make a return for your full money back (I had neither). Being bummed about making a trip to the mall specifically return this dress, Rihanna kindly worked with me and their backend support team to get ahold of the original receipt since I was able to provide the date of purchase and other information to pin down the exact transaction. Within 2 days I had the full amount returned back to me and personal phone calls from Rihanna checking in on the status of things. Not only are the clothes super cute here, the customer service in unparalleled. I can't wait to go back and shop...

First off, this place is so cute, the decor is beautiful, and the company participates in good causes. The staff is friendly, possibly a little too attentive (girl I'm fine holding one or two things, no need to grab them from me every 2 minutes) and the clothes are super cute.

The biggest issue I had was the music. The extreme Christian Rock blasting non stop is really awkward and made me anxious to leave. I get it, it's a Christian store, but people would probably stay longer if the music wasn't so loud and obnoxious. Prior to me coming in, the girls said it had been really slow (on a Saturday? At the mall? With how cute and beautiful everything else is in that store?), and honestly it's probably because...
